The demon she chose to love

The day everything started

On a stormy night, a half breed was born into the world of Aiberoux, they had decided to raise her in Aiberoux. Melody was slowly growing used to being in Aiberoux but she didn't have many friends, as she was a half breed which belonged to Kurau. Melody wondered if Kurau was any better for her, she decided on the night of the crowning of her countries princess she told herself;

I would definitely go to Kurau that day.

Little did she know, that there was a demon that was born in Kurau on the same day she was born. He had also decided to visit Aiberoux on the night of the crowning of his countries prince, and their thoughts were one;

I will definitely go to Aiberoux on that day 

On that night, they had crossed paths but didn't realise one another because they were too busy trying to find out where they had truly belonged. Until their introduction from their parents.

"Paul dear I'd love for you to meet Melody"

As Eliza assembles Paul and Melody.

"Oh I know her mother I crossed paths with her once!"

claims Paul as he tends to observe his surroundings.

Melody puzzled and claims she doesn't know who he is. But hey both have something in common; they have been treated the same way, by their peers and wholeheartedly understands each other and they got along quite well. One night Paul had been staying over, he came out of the shower with his wings flapped down wet, as he flicks his silky hair that flies across his face. Melody suddenly came to realise that she had fallen in love with this demon that she knew after a long period of time but she didn't want to admit it. She made up excuses;

what if this feeling is just a one time thing, what if this what if that.

But she couldn't deny it any longer;

Maybe he had felt the same way she had, maybe he loves her like she loves him.

And he did, he thought to himself;

I love the way she talks, I love the way she looks at me, I love the way she gets embarrassed, I love her everything.

Although they were both too scared to admit it to each other

What if Melody/Paul doesn't love me the way I love her/him, what will I do then?.

That night Eliza walks into Melodys room with a suggestion

"Can Paul stay here with you? Here in Aiberoux? This is where he belongs. Here with you..."

Shocked by the suggestion with her heart pounding against her small rib cage.

Ba-dump Ba-dump Ba-dump

I will ask mother Kirah tomorrow morning auntie Eliza, please get some rest for now.

As the sun starta to rize, Melody walks into the kitchen, spotting her mother;

"Mother Paul's mum suggest him to live with us, what do you think?" she suggests.

"Oh honey, I know how you feel for Paul and you can decide this but there is one rule, you must never tell him how you feel first." Kirah claims.

Melody smiles and nods as she walks away, to tell the news to Eliza. Eliza enrols Paul to Demonic Saint High, the same school Melody goes too. Obviously paul gets into the same class as Melody. Paul and Melody get along just fine in class. Until that fated day.

One day as Paul walks through the corridor he notices Melody is getting bullied by three peers whom are in the same class as them. Paul dashes, panting like his life depends on it; as he finally arrives she is all beaten up lying on the ground. Paul kneels down almost into tears weeping

"Why didn't you call for help! Why didn't you tell me you were getting bullied!"

Melody cautiously opens her eyes, her slips slowly slant as she says;

"because I don't want to be a burden to anyone"

Paul on his knees lifts her up and brings her to the infirmary, he lays her down on the bed and kisses her forehead

"get some rest"

he smiles but you can see in his eyes it isn't his happy smile. 
Paul walks down the school hallway steaming with rage, he slides his classroom door open with a slam; this leaves the classroom completely silent.

"Elliott!, Sebastian!, Alexander!"

he exclaims furiously;

"Come with me! NOW!"

He roars, they jump in fear as this is everyone's first time experiencing Paul furious. Paul presses his palm against the wall behind the school building;

"why did you hurt Melody! What did she ever do to you"

He shouts, eyes flushing red as his rage can no longer be contained. Elliott, Sebastian and Alexander shriek they look at each other and nod slowly;

"B-because she's a half breed, she doesn't belong here"

Paul screams with rage, eyes dyed red

"don't you dare touch melody again otherwise there will be consequences!"

he swings his arm just missing Sebastian's head; Sebastian trembles in fear and unconsciously nods his head. Paul releases them from his grasp and yells

SCRAM!

They bolt away from his terror. Paul sighs while fixing his hair, and his clothes to cool him down.
"I ought to visit Melody"

He proceeds forward to the infirmary. Paul reaches the infirmary and sits right beside her, he gently leans and kisses her but as he leans up Melody eyes wide awake shocked.
