Ano nga ba ang stress?
Stress Is a mental or emotional strain resulting from adverse or demanding situations. In Short ; Stress is caused by the different factors around us.
Ang Stress ay isang bagay na di natin maiiwan o maiiwasan,susundan at susundan tayo nito sa buhay natin,whether tungkol sa school life,love life,house life or kahit sa mga simpleng bagay ay nase-stress agad tayo.
Pero,Dapat ay hindi natin masyadong pinapo problema o dinadamdam ang mga stress na nararamdaman natin.Una ay dahil,walang magagawang mabuti ang pag overthink nito at ikalawa lalaki lamang ito kapag lalo pang prinoblema,
Ako,hindi ako exempted sa stress aaminin ko,naging masama ang dulot nito sakin ng lalo ko lang prinoblema ito. Kaya gumawa ako ng acronym para sa STRESS na nakatulong sakin at sana makatulong din sa inyo :)
Solitude-Have a little alone time so you could gather your thoughts and think about the things you should do,sort them out
Talk-After a short time of being alone,find some friends to talk to,It never helps to do shit alone.Remember that,A house can't stand if only 1 pillar is supporting it,it needs assistance from others :)
Relax- Relax a little,go easy on life,don't be too harsh on yourself. A broken spirit is no good.
Enjoy-Enjoy all the little things,Enjoy time with your family,friends and do things that can help ease the stress you're experiencing
Strength-Be Strong and always reassure yourself,No matter how deeply stressed you are,it will never make you sink. Be strong and stay positive
Smile- Always Smile :) , Stress won't bring you down. So smile and deal with stress positively :)
Kaya ayun, wag magpapadala at wag susuko dahil sa stress :)
