Into the night, when all light departs.
Darkness will win, and shrouded with might.
Hope and joy fades, taken in cage.
And all that is bright, absorbed to die.
Horror and fear, takes its roots.
And with it too, the only smile.

But out of nowhere, from a small cracked room.
Came a small firefly, spreading its miniature wings
With light so dim, and prone to fall.
Gave its all to light the world.
Thunder struck, and lightning fall.
But pushed on, not willing to fall.
Maybe hope, isn't all lost.
Whispered the tree that stand on fright.
Take a stand, and fight it all.
Its not over, till the last leaves fall.
And more and more, try to stand.
Fight against all hopes end.
Bit by bit, hope was restored.
And the animals and plants all rejoiced.

Life is tough, to struggle alone.
Won't you take my hand, and we'll fight it all.
Till our breaths have fallen from our lungs.
And maybe we'll make it through the fall.
