Chapter 5:

Finn's POV:

"Alright Finn, This one is pretty confusing."

"Sarah, It's simple. It's been 20 minutes and we're still on the first question!"

"Well, it's not my fault my brain can't comprehend all of this!"

It's only been 20 minutes and I already feel like killing someone. It's so simple. Very simple. But, No. It's too confusing for her.

"Sarah, when you integrate, you get something like F(x) - F(0). F(x) is a function of x, while F(0) is an evaluation of F(x) at x = 0, which is a constant number."

"I..."

"Yeah?" Please tell me she got it.

"...have absolutely no idea of what you just said." Oh my fucking god.

"Sarah!"

"Sorry! I don't even know why they put me in that class!"

"How many questions do you have to do?" Please do not be higher than 5.

"Two open ended questions with each having four parts." Well, Fuckity Fuck Fuck.

"C'mon Finn, let's take a break." Thank you, Jesus Christ.

Sarah's POV:

Finn. The person I trust most. I've had a crush on him since... year 7, I think... But, we just stuck to being friends. He's so beautiful on the inside as well on the outside. If he became my boyfriend, things will never be the same. It'll be so awkward and weird... Especially with him going to a new school and stuff... *sigh* I wish he never left.

"Fine."

The truth is... I already finished my AP Calculus homework. I just said that so I can have a bit of time with Finn. I miss him so much and he's only been gone for like... a day.

"So, what happened today? You seem a little short-tempered." He was never like this. He was always relaxed... when he was at my school at least.

"Well, nothing much... Except, I found out more about that Jack kid. A lot more."

"What is it?"

"He's my brother. Twin brother, to be exact."

"Really? Well, why didn't you know that eighteen years ago?"

"It's a secret." Now that shit just pissed me off.

"Alright, Whatever."

"But, this is our little secret. Don't tell anyone. And I mean it."

"Who am I going to tell? My door?" He chuckled on the other end. Oh, how I love his laugh.

"But, I'm serious."

"Alright. I won't tell anyone."

"Okay. Wanna get back to the work?"

"Nah, I'm good."

"Uh, Sarah, I have a question..." Okay... It better not be about the maths or I will throw this fucking phone across the fucking room.

"Shoot."

"Can we meet up in the park, sometime this week? Maybe... Tomorrow?" DID HE JUST ASK THAT? I AM JUST. I CAN'T. I AM UNABLE TO DO THE FUNCTION THAT NORMAL PEOPLE CALL 'SPEAKING'.

Just stay cool, Sarah. Stay cool.

"Um- Y- yes, Uh, yeah, we could!" What happened to being cool? You sounded like a little kid trying to tell a lie to her mummy.
