"JADE!!!!" I screamed crying as I ran in to hug her, I got stopped by a Nurse, she had a name badge on and it said Donna. She led me outside. "What the fuck has happened to her?" I screeched in her ear.
"As I have been informed, you already know that she has diabetes and that she passed out last night..." I nodded as she was telling me this. "So she suffered heart failure this then led her to have a heart attack, she will have to stay in hospital for at least 3 days. I'm so sorry to tell you the bad news." She said to me.
"Oh my god, is she going to die?" I asked the Nurse whilst she was holding her clipboard.
"Well we can't be sure of either but she is on life support so there is a strong chance that she could survive." She told me, my face dropped into my palms and I nearly fainted Justin caught me and helped me stand to my feet.
"Please can I go in and see her?" I asked politely.
"Unfortunatley no-one else but qualified medics are allowed in whilst she is in this vulnerable state, hopefully tomorrow she will be well enough to have visitors." I smiled softly as she was telling us.
"Ok, Thank you, Bye." I walked away and saw mum walking towards me with 2 cups of drink, she saw me and Justin. She dropped the drinks and ran into my arms Justin rubbed my back in comfort.
"Has Donna told you?" She questioned as she wiped the tear that was going to run down into her mouth.
"Yes and she mentioned that she thinks we might be able to see Jade tomorrow!" I exclaimed.
"Really she told me earlier that she thought it was going to be a couple of days that must mean she is making progress!" Mum got so excited and I was going to cry if I watched her cry so I just hugged Justin and whispered "I know we are trying to give up, but i really need one, did you bring any?" Justin smiled and said "Right who wants what tea or coffee?"
"I'll have a tea and Chloe will have one as well, Lydia you go as well because you know how Chloe has her tea." Mum said as she softly smiled.
"Ok." i walked off with Justin trying not to smile knowing the pain and hurt was now going to be released.
We walked to the entrance of the Hospital and Justin pulled out two cigarettes and handed one to me. He grabbed the lighter from his back pocket and lit his then passed it to me and i did the same. It felt so good for all of the stress to just float away with the smoke, Justin had his arm around me and we both looked so peaceful until Chloe came running out and said "There you are Jade's heart has stopped beating and there are so many people in there trying to save her mum is in bits and we need you." I chucked the other half of my cigarette on the floor and ran to the right room mum was on the floor with 2 doctors around her she has fainted in shock of everything.
Jade looked like she was in so much pain.
