Zora's pov

*creak*
I became stiff as I heard that short and faint sound. Judging from the way it sounded they're still down the hall. Heading towards my closet I'm trying so hard as too not give away my location.
'They better not find me here.'
I thought to myself as I tried to stay quiet. The only thing that's keeping me from accomplishing this is my coughing.

Eventually I couldn't hold it in any longer and ended up coughing so hard I began to choke on my saliva. My face mask wasn't helping. In the midst of my coughing fit the door to my closet opened wide and a pair of arms grabbed hold of me.

'Oh no! They got me!'
"Come on Zora. You and I both know that it's that time of the day. Do we have to do this every time you get sick? You're already 16."

My oldest brother Zachary said as he positioned my head on his shoulder and legs wrapped around his waist while he was patting my back. Waiting for me to calm down some.

Knowing that I wasn't able to respond back anytime soon he began to carry down the flight of stairs we have in what we call a home, others might call it a castle.

"Guys you can stop looking I found her."
'Zachary is announcing my capture. Ughhhh where in the world are my dogs at. The betrayal!' I made a pathetic attempt to whine but all that came out was more coughing.

"Really?! Where was she hiding this time? She sounds worse then yesterday." Zane, the second oldest, asked once we got to the bottom of the stairs.

"She was hiding in her closet this time. Hey do you mind getting her medicine ready I'm positive she's going to make a break for it if I try to do it by myself."

"Zeke already has that covered. Zac why don't you hand Zora over to me and you go make another doctors appointment for her."  Zane said as he extended his arms out for Zac to hand me over to him.

At the mention of Doctor I began to struggle for freedom again. But all my struggling was futile. This damn illness made me feel tired all the time. Not matter how long I sleep I still feel tired.
They both knew this so they waited until I tired myself out. Which was rather quickly.

Passing me over to Zane, Zane put me back into the same position that Zac put me in.

'I hate that they still treat me like a child.' Once situated Zac took out his phone and made the appointment while Zane walked towards the kitchen.

Upon arrival I saw Zeke and Zander there waiting for us, more particularly me.

"There's the princess. It's about time you come out of hiding and take your medicine like a good girl." Exclaimed Zeke.

'Why are you so cheery about this. You, all of you know why I don't want to take medicine.' I began to tremble, the memories were starting to replay in my mind. Zane, holding me, noticed right away and tried his best to clam me down.

It wasn't helping much and soon enough I began to soak the shoulder of the shirt Zane was wearing with my tears.

My throat being as it is isn't allowing me to use my voice so all is heard was sniffling and even that resulted me in another coughing fit.

"Zeke, you dumb duck you made Zora cry! Zane let me try to calm her calm her down. K?" Zander said.

Before Zane passed me off to Zander Zac came in with a not too pleased look.
