Chapter 4

The music I'll begin to post here is just some of the music that I listen to while writing, you don't have to listen to it, it doesn't really matter >:3

Lisa's POV:

"Why do you ask?" I'd say
"Just tell me, okay, I need to know, if you ever wanna get out of here."
"Fineeeeee......." I'd say and sigh "I steal because I'm hungry? And it's just a few freaking apples anyways, not that big of a deal." I'd roll my eyes and turn my back to him
"But why don't you just get a job like normal people?!" He'd sound like he understood but at the same time, wanted to dig into it.
"Get a job!?" I'd shout "who would hire someone like me?!" I'd sigh in turn to the wall
"Someone would, I'm sure!" Kirito would add
"Nahh, like I haven't tried..." I'd say
"You could always join the guards?" He'd ask
"Me, a guard!!?" I'd yell
"Yeah? What's the big deal?" Kirito would say
"Are you kidding me!! I will NEVER work for he royals!" I'd shout
"Wow, calm down, that was very offending.." he'd reply
"Hmph." I'd say
"Just shut up kid! Know your place. Respect the royals.." Sayo would say, he'd be pissed
"If you just knew." I'd mumble
"Knew what?" Sayo said
"Something." I'd reply
"Apparently it's something that I shall find out." He'd Sayo
"Suit yourself, I'm gonna get out of here now." I'd say and get up
"Hey, hey. Not so fast" Kirito would say
"Hmph. Just let it go."
"You're not leaving." Sayo would state
"Then stop me! Look. This is freaking ridiculous, it was just some apples." I'd sigh and turn to them
"If I just promise to get a job this week, can I then go? If I haven't gotten one then I'll return here in a week. Deal?"
"Fine with me." Kirito would say
"Hold on. How do I know that you'll come back and not just run away?" Sayo would ask getting suspicious
"You don't know. You'll just have to trust me"
"Can I at least... just.. maybe get to beat your ass in a 1v1 fight one day? Where you actually can fight" -he'd grin-
"Wow, thank you, but you'll regret saying that." I'd say it sarcastically
"Okay if you say so. But it will be you who will be regretting accepting the challenge" he'd grin
"Well, see ya around guys, it won't be down here, just saying"
I'd walk out of the cell and grab my bag

That was way easier than I thought, how can guards be so stupid.. Idek..

I ran up the stairs and out of the small dungeon. I climbed the well and sat down on top of it. I saw the two guys, they walked out of the dungeon completely relaxed. Kirito waved and I waved back

I was so tired, so I took small nap

Lisa's Dream/flashback POV:
My yes opened and I saw Malcolm, he was standing in the other side of the room in a trained fighting position, he started to run towards me, and I kinda panicked
He lunged forward, stepping forward on his left foot and thrust his sword point towards the left side of my chest, attempting to puncture my heart and kill me instantly
In defense crouched down by bending my knees while I spotted a shield and desperately grabbed it. I'd raise my shield up to tilt it back over the top of my upper torso so that his sword can smash into it's face instead of my chest
"Come on! Kill her!" A familiar voice would shout
I'd turn to see my father, it was his work, all this.
I was off guard and Malcolm attacked again. I didn't get to defend myself so he hit my left shoulder.
I groaned in pain and looked at my older my brother, tears was falling down his face.
I started crying too, it wasn't the pain, it was just by seeing his face, he was so sorry, but that didn't help

Lisa's (normal) POV:
"Hey? Kid, you okay? Wake up!" An unknown voice would shout
"Uh......." I lift my head and look at him
"Kid, are you okay?" He'd repeat
"Urgh..... I'm fine, thanks sir.."
"Why are you crying, nightmare?" He'd ask and put a hand on my shoulder
He'd sit down next to me
"Y-yeah.." I'd stutter, "you could call it that..."
"Oh... flashback then?" He'd ask and I'd reply by nodding
"Oh, I see.. you don't have to tell me about it.." he'd say with a calming voice
"I wasn't going to." I'd say
"Okay, like I care anyways, but I heard you're looking for a job, right?" He'd say while grinning
"Yes I do" I'd think about it "wait, how do you know?!" I'd freak a bit out
"Oh.. I just have eyes everywhere. Are you interested in joining my creed? Of course you need to know how to kill, if not my buddy Edward can train ya, interested?" He'd ask and smirk
"So it's basically going to be like this, I work for you and get paid?" I'd ask

This is too good to be true? Perfect!

"No, you won't get money. But I have a much better offer if you'd like to hear it" he'd say
"Fine, I'll hear you out if you tell me your name" I'd say, don't judge me, I can't follow a completely stranger
"It's Max but call me master." He'd reply and let out a small grin
"Why would I call you master?! That's just weird."
"No it's not, you'll understand in the future, and if you join in, you have to. Edward does too, he's a good kid with a big heart." He'd say
"Fine, tell me your offer."
"The creed eats together in the hideout, we share what we have stolen, and you get a bed and can live with us in the hideout." He'd say
"Really?! But just another small question, who's us?" I'd ask
"Oh, just Edward, Karan and I so far" he'd say
"Oh, nice... can I... join?" I'd ask in a lowered voice
"Of course! We'd love to have a little girl on the team!" He'd grin
"Hey! I'm not a little girl! I'm 13!" I'd exclaim
"Exactly, a little kid." He'd laugh
"Urgh! You're not the first one to say that today!" I'd shout and laugh
"Shh! calm your voice!" He'd say and continue laughing
"Jeez, fine.." I'd say sarcastically
"Good, let's get going."
"Wait, we're leaving now?" I'd ask
"Yup, got a problem with it?" He'd say
"No master" I'd say sarcastically
"Man I love your attitude" he'd grin
"Urgh, whatever, let's get going." I'd say and grin
