Chapter 10

Teenager Aphmau POV:
"Merry Christmas!" Cadenza jumps on my bed "Cadenza!" she giggles "Get up Aphmau! We will eat breakfast, open presents and go to Garroth's party!" I gasp "YAY!!" I jump out of the bed and go downstairs "Merry Christmas little sis! Someone came to visit you!" I look at him confused, then i go to the living room and see... "MOM!!" I jump in her arms "Mija! I missed you so much!" I sob "I missed you too!!! I can't believe you're here!" Hayden says "We're glad you came Sylvana! Finally you took a break from your work." mom laughs "I had to see my daughter! Plus I have great news for her!" I ask "What's the news?" she says "After you finish high school, you'll live with me again, the place where I am working is near the college you will go." I ask "Really?" she nods "Is it a hard college?" she shakes her head "No, don't worry about it!" I hug her again "That means dad will be alone after Aph leaves?" Hayden sighs "I have my wife you know?" we laugh after Laurance blushes embarrassed, then we go to the Christmas tree and open presents. I got a lot of cool stuff: new outfit from Cadenza, headphones from Laurance, new video game from Hayden and a necklace from my mom "Thanks a lot everyone!!" I put on the necklace "I'll put on the new outfit!" I grab it and run downstairs to wear it.

*few hours later*
"Wow! There are so many students!" I look around while I hold Laurance by his arm "Don't be scared, it will be ok, i'll be near you all the time." we walk towards Garroth "Yo Garroth, what a party you have!" he turns around "Hi guys! Hey baby~!" I blush "Why don't you hold my strong arm??" Laurance holds me tighter "She will after we get something to eat." we go inside to eat chips "Do you think... Cadenza will be ok?" he says "I'm sure she is fine Aph."

Teenager Garroth POV:
I take out a can of Pepsi, Aphmau likes Pepsi "Here you go!" I give her the can "Yay!" she drinks it "Are you enjoying the party?" she says "Yeah, how many did you invite?" I say "My friends, no one comes here without invitation!" I hold her "And no one is going to hurt you." I lean closer to kiss her, but the song stops "I'm here everyone!" I get shocked and furious at the same time "What are you here Ivy? You and your clones aren't invited!" she giggles "But GarGar, i'm always invited at parties, plus it is Christmas!" I growl "Get out right now!" I feel my eyes turning red "And what if i don't handsome? You're supposed to date me, not a stupid girl like her!" everyone goes inside "If you don't get out, i'll make you!" she snaps her fingers, Lily and Alex are gone... "HELP" i look at the sky, they fly while they hold Aph "ARE YOU INSANE? LET HER GO!" she says "Ok" they let her go and she falls, i go to catch her, but Lily catches her and holds a knife near her neck "IVY! STOP THIS!" she is in her devil form "Not until you become my boyfriend!" I yell "NEVER!!!" the girls laugh, the other two are in their devil forms too, Aphmau is crying... I hate when I see her cry... I get more furious and start turning: my eyes turn from cerulean, to bloody red, my skin turns light gray, my dark blue wings come out "I HAD ENOUGH!!!" I fly towards her and kick Ivy multiple times, until she turns into dust and disappears, I attack Lily, Aph falls into a big pillow "Looks like Dante gets better at spells." Lily falls on the grass and disappears, I grab the knife and attack Alex, then she disappears too. I fly down to take a few breaths, the big pillow gets back to his original form, I get up and walk closer to Aphmau, she is scared, tears in her eyes "Aphmau" she sobs "Don't get any closer..." I say "Aph..." she yells "You lied to me! How could you?" I say "I didn't want to scare you!!" she asks "What are you?" I sigh "Half vampire" she asks again "Zane and Vylad too?" I nod "Mom is a full vampire..." she says "I thought vampires don't exist." I say "We're vampires, mom bit dad 6 years ago." she stays quiet "Aphmau... i'm so sorry... please forgive me..." she says "I need time to get used to this..." I say "I would never hurt you! I love you!" she hugs me "I know Garroth... i love you too..." I hug her, then I use my wings to cover her "I can't live without you." she says "Promise you'll stay with me forever?" I smile "I promise..." we stay like this for a while, the others come outside "Garroth" that was Laurance, I look at them, Zenix's ears are down "Are you guys ok?" we nod "Did you really destroyed the devils?" I smile at Gene "What do you think? By the way, good job with the giant pillow Dante." he says "She had to fall on something soft." I chuckle "Good you just invited us or everyone would have known." I ask "About my secret and the fight??" Cadenza nods "Let's go inside, we can have a sleepover." I turn back into my human form, then I carry Aph inside. We go to the living room me, Aphmau, Laurance, Cadenza, Shadow Knights, Lucinda and Travis and my brothers are the only ones here, Travis looks a bit terrified "So, you 3 are vampires?" Vylad says "Half vampires" I say "The only normal humans here are Zvahl." Cadenza says "Well... i am not normal anymore. I like witchcraft, Lucinda is my best friend, so I decided to be like her." Zane says "So, only Aphmau and Laurance are normal here?" Aph says "I joined the Shadow Knights." I smile "Yes you did. Who wants pizza?" they raise their hands, I grab my phone to order two big pizzas with everything.
