jun finishes unpacking fast and decides to head to school.
as he exits the door and walks near the supermarket, he hears a slight screech down a small corridor of brick houses.
"ngah~~~!"
is what it sounds like to jun, he decided to investigate.
as he walks towards the row of houses, he immediately recognises the person making the screams.
he laughs out loud to himself and the smaller man looks over at him and pouts.
"please help me junhui hyung"
minghao says cutely and jun gives in.
he runs over to minghao and tries to push the trolley through the door but to no luck.
"here, how about we take out the groceries one by one and bring them into the house, i'll help you, the world is still frozen after all"
jun concludes and minghao nods along.
they both grab about 3-4 bags each trip and finish efficiently.
they flop onto minghao's couch and sigh in unison.
"good teamwork my friend"
jun throws his hand in the air.
minghao high fives his hand and junhui sighs once more.
"ugh I'm tired, wanna grab a coffee before we head to uni?"
jun asks and minghao beams at the question.
they get up off the couch and walk out the door, minghao grabbing his college bag on the way out.
they find a small cafe down the road and walk in.
"awe this cafe is so small and cute!"
minghao exclaims, admiring the cute house plants hanging from the ceiling.
"like you"
jun says with a wink and continues on leaving a intensely blushing minghao.
jun looks back and minghao looks up, quickly catching up to him.
they sit down and wait for a waiter to ask for their coffees.
"ah junhui-hyung, I think you left the world on pause"
minghao says cutely as he tilts his head.
jun laughs to himself and stands up and offers his hand to minghao.
"know how to make coffee?"
jun questions and minghao nods while grabbing jun's hand being lifted from his seat.
"what kind of question is that?"
minghao asks and junhui laughs.
they walk behind the counter and pass through the frozen citizens towards the coffee machines.
jun grabs the ingredients while minghao figures out the machine.
jun comes back to minghao who is fully aware of every button and its capability.
he places the ingredients on the bench and nods at minghao to start.
he grabs the coffee beans and works his magic with the machine.
"wow you're a fast learner!"
jun proclaims and minghao giggles lightly.
jun catches his eye on the whipped cream and begins to eat it from the jar.
he eats it spoon after spoon until he smirks at minghao.
suddenly, jun wipes cream on minghao's nose which shocks him.
"ah it's cold!!"
minghao shouts, not even bothering to wipe it off.
jun laughs historically and bursts into more fits of laughter once minghao sneezes, spraying cream everywhere.
jun wipes the cream off of his face from minghao's sneeze before helping him out.
he grabs the closest tea towel and tells minghao to close his eyes while he wipes his face with it.
jun continues to laugh at the previous event while minghao continues to make the coffee with a pout of his face.
"awe I'm sorry baby ming but you looked too adorable"
jun squeezes minghao's cheeks and chuckles again.
their faces were only a few inches away and minghao could feel junhui's breath on his face, bringing heat to his cheeks.
"omo you always blush, your cheeks are so sensitive"
jun exclaims, letting go of minghao's face grabbing the finished coffees.
he points over to the table they were at before and walks over there, waiting for minghao to join him.
he scurries after him and sits opposite him, taking the warm coffee into his cold hands.
minghao gets quickly fascinated by steam arising from his cup.
"having fun there?"
junhui asks, admiring the small man seated in front of him.
minghao looks up and nods his head.
jun takes a sip from his coffee and hums in response.
a little small talk here and there but the silence between them was calming.
