I was simply minding my own business, sitting in the living room when Collin suddenly stormed off. Me, being a nice fellow, I stood to go and see what was wrong. I walked up the stairs, just in time to see him go in Page's room.
I stood near the door listening. If they were together... then I'd keep my distance. After a minute, I heard a heavy BANG against the wall.
"LIAR!! REALLY?!" I heard Collin scream. I burst through the door. What I saw was Paige being pinned up to the wall by her neck, her pretty white face even whiter from lack if oxygen. I ran and pulled Collin off her, shoving him towards the door. "We will talk about this later." I snarled. I rushed to Paige, just in time to see her eyes fall closed. A crumbled piece of paper was on the floor. I flipped the paper over to see a sketch of me.
"Maybe... maybe she feels the same?"I shook that thought out of my head. More to deal with right now. I picked her up bridal style and set her on her bed. That idiot would pay for what he did to her.
As the time passed, I had stayed next to her. She was out for 4 days... until one day..."T-Tony?" Her pretty, weak voice said. I looked to her. She had this... this... this look. So small... yet strong. I hugged her tightly, tears threatening to fall. "Oof.. Tony?" She said, hugging me back.
I took a shaky breath, afraid to speak. Afraid that if I did, the tears would fall. I buryed my face in her neck as close as I could get without being covered in ink. "I.... I thought I lost you." I said. The tears I tried holding back spilled. And she felt them. Her grip on me tightened and she whispered, "I'll never, not ever leave you Tony."And I smiled through my tears. I loved her, and she loved me.
