I remember dozing off at one point. I looked at Nathan's face. He had his arm around my neck and he pulled us closer together. He looked so relaxed. It was sorta sad to think that I may have to break his heart, because I can only pick one of the three. It's going go to be so hard. I mean Zack is great and all, but Nathan and I have been having these connections lately. Who knows, Malvern and I may even connect just as much. I tried to stop thinking about it for now. What's really important is I just need to have fun.

I was about to fall asleep. Watching TV just makes me sleepy I guess. I feel Nathan pull my head closer to his chest as my eyes close. He kissed my forehead, and that was the last thing I was aware of.

I didn't really have a dream that time, well, I don't think I did. Who knows, maybe I don't want to remember it anyways. I was very comfortable in Nathan's arms. He held me tight. I don't know if he fell asleep or not, but when I slightly re-opened my eyes, I saw him looking off in a random direction. The TV was turned off. The room was very quiet. I looked back up at Nathan's defined jaw-line. He seemed so careless as he curled the pieces of hair sticking out of my bun around his fingers. He finally looked down at me and into my eyes. His voice was so soft.

"How long have you been up?" He smiled.

"A minute or two... How long have I been asleep? I responded

"An hour or two." He laughed.

I closes my eyes again.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." said Nathan.

I asked, "Do what?"

He said, "It's almost lunch time."

I started to uncover myself from the blankets. "Oh shoot, we better get going."

"I guess..." Nathan said. I knew he didn't want to go, but I need food.

We started to head to the cafeteria area, there a bunch of kids lined up. We were a little late, which sucks because the line gets extremely long. We finally got to our table and sat down. Nathan sat across from me, maybe so we could see eachother's faces. Malvern sat next to me, and Zack next to Nathan.

"So what do you have on Daije?" Nathan asked.

"Still, not much..." Zack said. "But I think she had some sort of relations with Jones."

Malvern questioned, "Do you mean they are friends?"

"The least I know is that they know eachother personally some how. They could've been friends in the past, but now it doesn't seem like it." Zack explained.

"Possibly. Nathan and I foumd Jones, but we decided to question her later when there aren't people everywhere. The last thing we want is people to know that we have something on them, and who knows, someone could tell the head master if they find out and all of us would be in trouble." I said.

Nathan added, "Yeah, so it's best to keep tjis a secret between us four. Especially you Malvern."

"What? Why do u have to emphasize me!" Malvern complained.

"You know what I'm talking about." Nathan remarked.

Malvern stood silent for a few seconds. "Ohhhh! Oh. I'm sorry! That was when we were kids Nathan."

Nathan crossed his arms. "It still happened."

Zack and I looked at each other like we had no clue what they were talking about, but we really didn't.

"Will you two shut up." I sounded like their mother.

Zack lowered his voice. "So what do we do now about Jones?"

"We can't do anything right now... we'll have to wait til' it gets darker so less people will be around. And I wouldn't try to bother about Daije yet."

"So we're all off the hook for now? Well, what are we going to do today?" Malvern asked.

Nathan snickered. "I don't know about uou guys, but my day is already booked."

Zack froze. "What do you mean..."

Nathan looked at me and did his dumb-ass smirk.

Zack looked at me. "Don't tell me you two are having a 'date' today."

I didn't say anything. There was a weird silence for at least a minute. I ttied to avoid eye contact, but I think that made it pretty obvious.

"Don't feel bad Zack, I'm in your place too! Sorta..." Malvern blabbed.

"Whatever. I guess we can do our things while the love birds do theirs." Zack said.

I gave him a blank look. I didn't say anything. I was kind of pissed off, but I didn't want to show it.

"Well boys, it looks like I have some things to do so I'll be on my way." I said as I started to get up. I walked away and didn't look back. It was quiet for a few seconds, but I could still hear them talking.

"What's up with her?" Zack soundes annoyed. I walked off far enough to where their words became mumbles, and then into nothing. I understand he has some jealousy issues, but he has no room to talk. We already did things together, so now It's someone else's turn. I mean, he dis put this competition on himself, didn't he? And what's worse, is that it's even harder on me.

I walked off so far, I couldn't even tell where I was anymore. I just wanted to be alone for now. I know It's 'Nathan's Day' to hang out with me, but I don't want to spread negative vibes. I finally got to the beachy part, but I think I was on the other side of the island, where nothing is usually around. I stared at the water for a little bit. I got so bored I started to throw pebbles. I eventually heard footsteps coming from behind me. I didn't bother to turn around and see who it was. I felt them come up behind me. They put their hand on my shoulder. It was warm. I finally turned around after a minute or two, I was shocked to see who it was.
