Cut open a cow and take out the meat. Then you make hamburgers with said meat. Then you eat the hamburgers in front of your victim after starving them for a whole day. Then tie the victim and put them into he cow ( leave the cow to rot a bit before you put them inside) and sew the cow back up. Leave the person to rot inside the already rotting cow.
