Step one: Get a victim
Step two: Make the victims favorite drink (not water)
Step three: Add TINY bit of arsenic to the drink
Step four: slowly make the victims body dependent on the arsenic (AKA continually feed the victim very small portions of arsenic)
Step five: cut off flow of arsenic
Step six: Clean up + dump the body (perform forensic counter measures)
