Lillith Draugur is a woman of the shadows. She prefers night to day, though she has no real reason to. The old times of her kind being harmed by the sun are gone for the most part. Their flesh & bones have adapted to all levels of light. The two things that haven't really changed are: the desire for blood & the red eyes. At first, Lillith had hated them, but over time, she had grown to love them for the most part. She especially loved how they looked beneath her hood. The only downfall was that upon seeing them people knew exactly what she was. Vampyr. It was shouted by a frightened mortal from time to time, but it was seldom heard these days. Times had changed. There were plenty of monsters roaming about so no one was typically all that shocked. In fact, it was so common to see those of the immortal sort, that there were blood bars set up for vampyr & those alike to go to get their fill. Even to get blood drunk.

The rule was simply, do no harm to the innocent. If a mortal or fellow mystic betrayed you or was considered particularly evil, they were free game. If caught alive, they were submitted for a hunt. They had a chance of survival if they were crafty enough, but even so if they did escape the hunt, they were soon hunted down by people like Lillith. Lillith was a mercenary. If you needed someone dead, she was the one you would summon. If you had the correct coinage, she would take the job & your little "problem" would be taken care of. Plain & simply. No complications. That was the way Lillith liked it.

Despite the golden rule, there were brothels  created for all the different mystics. Though one kind was not forbidden to go to any brothel. They were all open to whomever paid the fees. Even mortals went to the clubs. The golden rule was a little dusty in the clubs, but still applied. If someone wanted you to feed from them & gave explicit consent, then the rule was up to your judgement. Things were as civil as they could be. Even-so, there were still old grudges & personal vendettas within the mystic realm. Things going back so far that they were nearly forgotten, yet the hatred still burned. Everyone had to be careful. Things may be civil, but this was still the wilds. Things still went bump in the night...
