We were in the garage listening to “This is Me” by Skye Sweetnam in the middle of band practice while looking at magazines. Suddenly the music cuts off. I look up to see Kevin standing there.
“WOW this is an impressive band practice” said Kevin.
“For your information we rehearsed for a full ten minutes” Said Cassie
“I say ten too” Said Angie
”easily ten” I say
“Actually it would be eight if you count the snack round” said Angie.
“Yep. It was a full eight minutes” says Cassie
Cassie throws her drumstick and almost hits Kevin.
“Uh, I’ll just pretend that Cassie was aiming at shaper jet allic the stereo and let it go” said Kevin
“Generous” I say
“ I know i’m a forgiver this is one of the things you love about me” said Kevin
“What's up kev” I say
“Uh sunset night before school sound familiar” Said Kevin
“I didn't realize how late it had gotten we need to go” I say
“Time flies when you're not rehersing” said Kevin
We started walking out of the garage.
“Shotgun” said Angie
“You can’t call shotgun until you see the car” said Cassie
“Shotgun” said Cassie
“Um, you’re driving” said Angie
“I know I just wanted to win” says Cassie
