Awkward: Chapter 8

" Oh great, right now I have 2nd period and I just remembered that I have Grayson for that class, not just that but we sit next to each other and we are partners! " I said. I walked in and saw that Grayson was already there waiting for me. I sat down. " hey " he said. I ignored him. " Welcome back class take out that sheet from your math problem from yesterday and began working on it " said Mr. Gomez. Grayson and I pulled out the sheet. " I didn't finish " said Grayson. " I'm not surprised " I replied sarcastically. He smiled. " Well I finished " I said. " Of course, your the smart girl " he said with a smirk. I rolled my eyes. " Let's get to work " I said. " I'm surprised your talking to me " said Grayson. " I don't have a choice I'm stuck with you as my partner, if I had a choice I'd change partners. " I said. Grayson's smile turned into a frown. I saw his eyes with tears. It hurt me to see him sad. " I really did hurt you " he whispered sadly. " Yes, you did " I said back. " I'm very sorry Y/N " he said as a tear came out his eye. " It's okay , Gray everybody makes mistakes " I said. " Then why did you keep hurting me " he said sadly. " I only did that to get you back " I said. " Well you did , it hurt me really bad " he said crying. I saw Anthony staring in shock. Before we knew it the bell rung to head to 3rd period.

Y/N POV:
Grayson ran out the door. I was shocked he was literally crying his eye balls out because I hurt him. And I think Anthony saw him because Anthony was in shock as well. But he deserved it, but I do have to admit I went to far. Why would he cry though, does he actually care... about me. Does Grayson have feelings .... for me?

Grayson's POV:
I let her get to me.. she broke me and I was broken. I can't believe I started crying. And I think Anthony saw me. He must think I'm weak but I don't care  I love this girl so much. I love her. And she still doesn't see that. I'm such a horrible person. I don't want to be fuckboy Grayson no more. I need her. I know she will change me for the better. But I need her to open up. I know something terrible happened to her. I can see it right through her. But she acts like she's okay but I know she's falling apart.

Anthony's POV:
What the hell did I just see. I saw Grayson crying, GRAYSON! She much of hurt him badly. And I loved it she seemed sweet but she was a bad girl and I wonder how she is in bed ;). I need to get at her to see what she's like. I don't like her but I'd love to taste her.

I walked in to 3rd period. I sat down waiting for Grayson so I can apologize and give him the biggest hug but I didn't find him. The bell rang and he wasn't in class. I was worried sick. It felt like I got kicked in the stomach. I had a huge headache and a really bad heartache.  Then I seen Anthony walking up to me " hey babe , have you seen Grayson? " He said with a smirk. " No I haven't and don't call me that " I said madly. " Well let me know if you do babe " he said with a wink. I just rolled my eyes. *30 minutes later* *bell rings* Class was over , it felt so lonely so quiet so boring. I started walking to the gym and saw Ethan. I ran to him " Hey Ethan! I have to tell you something " I said sadly. " Hey Y/N! What is it , is it Grayson again! I told him to leave you alon.." I cut him off " No Ethan that's the point " I said. "Huh?" Ethan said scratching his head. " I have Grayson 2nd period and well he is my partner and we sit next to each other , it was awk at first but then we had to talk to do our work I kind of told him off and well he started crying . First it was just a tear then full on tears. " I said with tears in my eyes. " GRAYSON WAS CRYING!??! " yelled Ethan. "Yes!!" I yelled back. " Holy crap he must of been really hurt then " said Ethan worried. " What do you mean ? " I asked Ethan worried. " He didn't tell you? " Asked Ethan. " No! He didn't tell me what!! " I yelled scared. " Our dad... " Said Ethan. " Uh huh your dad what!? " I said worried. " Our dad he was.. diagnosed with cancer " Said Ethan while crying. " OMG! " I said crying. " He has never cried since. " Said Ethan. " Till now... " I said sadly. " Y/N he must really like you ! " Said Ethan. " I need to find him now ! " I yelled at Ethan. " Look we have gym right now , but go find him I'll tell coach you didn't feel good so you headed to the nurses office " said Ethan. " Okay!! Thank you !! " I yelled running down the hall. I heard crying in the boys bathroom. I waited outside of it for the person to come out. Finally someone came out. It was Grayson! I hugged him so tight. He was suprised I came to find him. " What.. are .. you .. doing ... here... " He said sobbing. " I'm here for you, Ethan told me about your... dad " I said crying. " I know why you've been so mean and a "fuckboy" " I said. " You've heard very bad news and lost it " I said " But being this... Gray is not right " I said with tears down my face. " I know it isn't Y/N but I thought being heartless wouldn't break me again... " Said Grayson crying.  We both were crying and hugging. " But I found... you " Grayson whispered. " And I found you " I said crying smiling. He stopped crying and looked at me. " Y/N I know something horrible happened to you, I saw in in your eyes, I saw it right through you " said Grayson. At that moment I just let it all out. I was crying my eyeballs out , my mascara was all over my hands  and my cheeks. Grayson then grabbed me and hugged me so tight and said " It's alright baby, I got you, let it out " . My mascara even got on his sweater but he didn't care, but he did care about me...alot and I cared about him. " Can you please tell me what happened babygirl so I can understand " said Grayson worried. " My...dad...cheated..on...my..mom...and..she.did..the..same.to...him..and...he..left.us..me..my..mom..and...my..brothers..and...my..sister..we..alll..were..down..in..the..dump...but..my...dad.did...not...care..he.was...never..there...for..me...or...my..siblings...never...saw...me..promote.....never....was.there...for..my..birthday....I...had..no..memories...of..him" I said sobbing. " Omg my poor baby, and you went through that all alone, keeping your emotions bottled up, never telling a soul, always played happy, but deep down you were falling apart " said Grayson crying. " He wasn't and isn't here for you, but I will be " said Grayson hugging me tight. "Thank you" I said crying " No thank you" he said sobbing. I cleaned up my smeared mascara. And we both left to the cafeteria since there was only 1 more minute of class. While we walked to the cafeteria we held hands and did not let go. I swear this was the best feeling ever.
