Part 9 a battle to remember

Serena's POV

I walked into class and to only see Ash he smirked at me, why though, I have the power, I have him on my palm, but he's smirking. Not a good to see you smirk, but a smirk that could only mean that trouble was coming towards me.

When the rest of the class got here I talked to my friends which consisted of May, Iris, Misty and I. We talked about little things until professor kukui got here. " we have a new student coming to this class today-" a girl walked in, no, it couldn't be "- I'll let her introduce herself," he informed us " hi, my name is Dawn, I've moved here for the rest of the year," 

" does anyone have any questions," a hand raised " yes Brock ," the professor knew what he was going to ask " are you in a relationship right now," Dawns eyes widened and looked at Ash, he just nodded. Dawn then answered with " i'm sorry but I am in relationship at the moment,"  then she swiftly moved to a seat at the back next to Ash.

Dawn's POV 

I sat next to Ash, we talked about were're going to do a lunch when Ash suggested " why don't we have a Pokemon battle," I just love having battles, especially with Ash, the way he battles is always unpredictable, which makes the battle even more fun.

Time skip- battle field

" okay piplup," I wondered what Pokemon Ash would use, he doesn't care about types, heck he doesn't even have a strategy, but he makes one up, and if that one fails he'll use another one until his defeated or wins, either way he is a very strong opponent. " I've being waiting since I left to have a battle, I wish you good luck, since you went with a piplup, infernape I choose you," so his Pokemon is infernape, I have to be careful even though I have the type advantage. 

" you may have the first move Dawn," I nodded and yelled " use water gun," Ash didn't flinch yelled " use dig," the move barely miss, the Ash said " use fire  blitz," I gulped, the field started to brun causing piplup, to tire out and I a secound, piplup fiented. I returned my Pokemon and said " good battle, at least I lasted a little bit longer," he ran to me and gave me a hug saying " you have grown a lot stronger then last time," he then broke away and we went back to our class, enjoying each other's company.
