Chapter 3 ❤️️

Tessa's Pov:

I opened the box and was shocked to see what it was. It was a note and a bunch of flowers with a note saying:

"Dear Tessa,

We would love to make you a part of our next generation project where we take up and rising internet stars and give them a chance to star is some big things to better their future.  You will be required to move to New York for a year and a half. If you would like to join us please email us on the email address under this letter.

UCS"

I looked up after reading the letter out loud and I could see the look on everyones face how they were all shocked.

Chance's POV:

After Tessa read the letter everyone went silent so I decided to break the quiet.

Chance: "Congrats girl it sounds like they really want you."

Tessa: " Yeah it does doesn't it" She said with an awkward look on her face.

Chance: "So are you going to go to New York?"

Erika: "T you really should it would boost you career so much."

Chance: " Yeah it could take your dancing and maybe acting career to a booming start."

I could see the look in her eye that she wasn't shore what to say next.

Tessa's POV:

As Chance and Rick told me about the great opportunity Ik looked at Jake out of the corner of my eye and saw the look on his face. It looked really concerned of what that letter meant.

Tessa: "I think i'll take a couple of days before I decide on what to do, a move to New York would take a lot."

After sitting there finishing our pancakes and I followed Jake into the office so it was just us to so I could ask him why he looked so concerned.

Tessa: "Hey Jake can I talk to you for a sec?"

Jake: "Yea sure what is it T"

Tessa: "I noticed after I read my letter from UCS you looked really concerned about it"

Jake: "Look to tell you the truth to protect you don't go to New York. I got the same letter when I first came to LA but they were here instead of New York and they tricked me into giving them everything I got from vine and youtube at the time."

Tessa: "Jake, are you sure we are talking about the same people cause they said they were brand new."

Jake: "T i'm sure it's them, they sent me the same letter and everything. Look you can go with them if you really want to but just to let you know it's not a good idea. T your like my little sister and I don't want anything to happen to you or ruin your career."

Tessa: "Awwww Jake that's so sweet."

I ran at him for a big hug.

Chance's POV:

I noticed that Jake and Tessa were  gone and the office door was closed. I decided to Go take a look to see what they were doing and as soon as I opened the door I saw Tessa run into Jake's arms for a big hug. I'm not going to lie it made me really jealous cause I sort of have a thing for Tessa but I don't want to tell her incase I got rejected.

Tessa: "Oh hey Chance"

I said letting go of Jake.

Chance: "Soooo what are you guys doing."

Tessa: "Oh Jake just gave me some amazing advice about the whole New York thing and I was thanking him with a hug."

Jake: "Chance remember the people that scammed me when I first came to LA I told you about."

Chance: "Yeah what about them?"

Tessa: "It's the same people trying to scam me."

Chance: "Damn so I guess you're not going then huh."

Tessa: "Nope i'm staying right here in LA"

Chance: "Yessss" I whispered hoping Tessa and Jake wouldn't hear me but i think Jake did with the look on his face.

Tessa: "what did you say I couldn't hear you?"

Chance: "Oh nothing don't worry about it."

Tessa: "Ok, i'm going to go to dance now i'll see you guys later byeee!"

Chance and Jake: "Byeee"

Jake: "So Tessa huh" Jake nudged me......
