Sick Liza and Star Wars

Eliza laid on the bed, blankets pulled up to her nose.
Her usually pale skin was blushing with pink, her voice was raspy.

"How are you feeling dear?" Maria asked, walking into the room. She was holding a small bowl in one hand and thermometer in the other.
Eliza turned her head and smiled, coughing a bit before she sat up.

"Not to good. But I think everything got better when you walked in." Eliza smiled more, giggling some.

"For a sick person you're the sweetest thing." Maria said softly, a dorky smile showing its way to her face. God this girl would be the death of her.

"Here, I came to check your tempature. And I brought soup." She placed the bowl down to the side of her, taking the thermometer and putting it under Eliza's tongue.

They waited a few moments before it beeped, and Maria read the temperature quietly to herself.

"Yep... Still a fevor love.." She frowned. Eliza groaned softly. Maria grabbed the bowl of soup and handed it back to her, humming softly.

"Hey Maria?" Eliza spoke softly, after a couple of bites of food.
Maria turned her head, raising a brow.

"Yes?"

"Could we maybe, Watch a movie or something? I'm not tired anymore so I'd rather not be alone, y'know?" Eliza asked, looking up at the other female.

"Oh! Sure! A movie... Marathon perhaps?" She smirked, already the perfect movie in mind.

Eliza giggled, she knew her girlfriend like no other. Knew small things, from her favorite color to her favorite movie series.

"Star Wars?" Eliza winked, Maria's instantly brightening.

"How'd you know?!" Maria gasped, quickly getting up to go grab her DVD's.

"Just a thought.." Eliza smiled, putting her soup on the bedside table and began waiting for her girlfriend to return.
