The steaming hot water from the shower seemed to soothe the aching body that belonged to Allison Hale . Not even five minutes ago was her boyfriend of five years just using her body like a punching bag . Taking his anger out on her petite body because he lost his job today . To Allison , her boyfriend , Jason , would get better . He wasn't always like this , and sometimes Allison thinks it's her fault that he behaves this way .
Stepping out of the porcelain built bath tub , Allison was startled when she saw Jason , red-eyed , hands covering his mouth and nose , while his head was down not even noticing Allison was done with her shower .
"Jason...", Allison paused , Grabbing a towel thang hung from the rack sitting next to the tub .
"Ally , baby , I'm sorry ." Jason said getting up to hold Ally hands . "I know , I've done wrong by you , many , many times but baby I'm trying to get better " Jason deeply gazed into her eyes.
Allison knows she should leave him , but another part tells her she has to stay , because after all , they only have each other.

Allison picked up her sparkly purple binder that read Alli , in gold lettering on the front cover . "Hi, Alli!" the high pitched voices that belonged to the Montclair twins sounded. Alli met them three summers ago during 8th grade summer camp and they have been 'friends' ever since .
"What's up , girls?" , Alli said closing her locker giving them her undivided attention.
"Earlier, we overheard that there was a new girl ", one of the twins, Hailey announced.
" Oh , cool" Allison said disinterestedly. Allison thought the girls were just trying to make conversation because the school enrolls new kids all the time , what made this one so special , Allison thought.
"Yeah , and I think she's a ...'lesbian' " the other twin , Hannah chimed in .
"Eww" both of the annoying twins screeched while focusing their forest green eyes on each other.
The twins were going on and on about how being a lesbian was gross , but Allison had her eyes focused elsewhere.
A Dark-skinned , natural hair beauty swiftly walked passed her and the twins which left Allison in awe.
