I hear my alarm beeping and roll over turning it off. I reach out for my phone on my charger. I look at my text from the night before. There's a couple from my friends Alyssa and Claire in our group chat consisting of us and my other friend Kate. They were talking about the guy at school I like so I was a little but embarrassed even though we are all practically sisters. I throw my covers to the side and go pick out an outfit that has a grey skirt with a white top and leather jacket. I grab a gold necklace and my white shoes.

I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and hair. Then I do my make up quickly. My school is a walking distance from my house so I walk to school. I unplug my phone and head downstairs and grab an apple. I don't think my parents are up yet so I grab my bag and start heading off to school. About halfway to my school I see one of the busses going past. A guy opens the window and looks at me "LOSER" he yells and throws an apple at me. It hits me in the head leaving a mark from how hard he threw it. I don't get why everyone in this school hates me so much. I only have a few loyal friends. I make it to school and head off to my locker carefully putting in the combination and it pops open. I hang my bag on the small hook and grab my books for my first period, social studies. I go to my class and put my things in my spot and leave the room to go find my friends. I text our group chat asking where they are and i head off to find them. They are in the library returning Claire's book with her. I head off to the library and I walk right past my crush, James perkineto. We lock eyes and I give a gentle smile. He smiles back and I immediately blush. I get to the library and tell my friends what happened "WAIT SO HE FINALLY NOTICED YOU" Claire yells at me. I chuckle and sit down on a chair next to me. "I guess so" I laugh and walk out of the library knowing they'll follow me.
