When She Cries

Chapter 1

Summer's pov:

"Baby, baby oh I read you horoscope

Says today you're gonna meet a Scor-pi-o."

Yeah this is meant to be

I snapped out of my awesome (note sarcasm) singing and sat up. As I sat up my little brother came rushing into my room and tackled me back into my bed. I groaned and pushed him off me and my bed and onto my soft carpet below (why does it have to be soft). I brushed him off and got up. I went to my bathroom and locked the door.

I turned the shower on and got undressed, I hoped into the shower (once it warmed up). After my shower I put a towel around my body and walked to my mirror. I got my little make-up kit and put on some foundation, mascara and some lip smacker. I dried my hair off with another towel then finished by blow-drying it. I then put my hair up into a messy piggy tail, then walked out of my bathroom to find that my brother had left (good). I giggled and went over to my wardrobe and opened it.

I grabbed some black leggings and a blue and pink denim shirt, I put blue socks on and then my black vans on. I turned around to see my white necklace on my bedside table, I also quickly grabbed that but then I saw my snap back and pulled my hair out of its messy piggy tail and put my snap back on my head. I opened my bedroom door and walked down stairs, as I got to the bottom of the stairs my nose was filled with the smell of bacon, I almost drooled (oops). I walked into the kitchen to see my mother making bacon and hash browns (mentally smiling). "Hey mum." I said. "Morning sweetie." My mother said back to me. "Hey big sis." My little brother Kyle said. "Hey little man." I said to him and ruffled his hair, as he let out a giggle. My mother smiled at us and put some bacon and hash browns on two plates, she put a plate in front of us. "Thanks mum." My brother and I said in sync. My brother and I both got stuck into our breakfast, our mother just sat there and laughed. I stopped stuffing my face with the delicious food, and looked up at my mother. "Are you going to eat anything mum?" I said, sounding concerned. "No I'm fine darling." She said back. My mum was very thin, she thought she was fat, but she wasn't, she was just fine. You can see different bone through her skin, its discussing. But it brings back memories of a past friend, she died though and I don't want that to happen to my mum. Our father left us all when my brother was 2. So we had no one if our mother died on us, no she won't, and I won't let that happen. I sighed and continued eating my breakfast.

After my brother and I had finished eating, he hopped down and ran to his room and got dressed out of his pjs. I smiled at him as I took my mum back to her room I put some water next to her bed and let her sleep some more. I sighed and left her and I went up to my room and shoved my books into my bag and also shoved my lip smacker in to, but not before applying a little bit more to my lip. I ran back down stairs to see my brother by the door. "Bye mum." I yelled to her, I got no answer she never said goodbye. "Come on." I say to my brother as I take his hand and lead him to the passage side seat of my car. We did have a lot of money but it wasn't over the top. I shut the door as Kyle did his seat belt up and I hoped into the driver's seat of my Lotus Elise Type 72D. It was jet black with golden rims, and the inertia was black and gold to go with the outside of the car (A/N I'm gonna put a picture of the car on the side). My brother loved this car just as much as I did. I drove off to his school, and dropped him off and said goodbye. As I left a couple kids came up to him and talked to him, this car will do wonders. I drove to my school and seen an orange car I had never seen before. I hoped out of my car, and walked into school I had my bag on my back.

I had 1. English. 2. Art. 3. Maths. 4. Photography. 5. Music. Yay (not). I went to my locker and got my books out for my first two classes, I got my English book and my art book. I smiled that I had art, and right before recess. That way I could stay behind after and get some tips off of my art teacher. I shoved the other books into my locker and was left with only two books, I looked at the inside of my locker door and smiled at the pictures I had on them. They all of me and my friends. I giggled and smiles as I kept looking at them.

BING. The bell went off. Ahhh why now?

I walked to English, the only thing I like about this is that one of my friends sit next to me. Her name is Shadow Sparks, yes I know it sounds so weird but she is so pretty. She is one of the last angels known to rome this earth. She smiled as she seen me come into the class room and gave me a small wave.

The lesson was so boring as always. Shadow and I made our way to our next class (as we had it together). We arrived at our art room and got our art books out, along with our other equipment needed for this class.

The bell rang for home time as I collected all me books and got my bag. I went to my locker put my books in and walked out of school to my car. I jumped in my car and drove to my little brothers school to pick him up.

I arrived at his school to see him standing at the front gates, he smiled. I pulled up and he jumped in the passenger seat. "Hey sis." He said. "Hey bro." I said back to him.

We arrived back home a few minutes later. "Hey mum." I said. But there was silence. I became worried, as I walked to her room and gasped at the sight in front of me. "MUM!" I screamed and ran to the bed in which my mother payed. I shook her lifeless body, as her pale skin stared back at me. Tears started to run down my cheek. "Mum please wake up." I said.

My little brother walked into the room and saw our mothers lifeless body as tears rolled down his cheek. He ran out the room.

A few minutes later I heard door slamming and all my friends come bursting in. They saw my mother and gasped. They ran to my side and hugged me. I got up and ran. I just ran, I didn't look back I ran into the woods just outside my house as the weather became bad and my necklace glowed like a bright blinding light in the dark. I sat by a tree and cried as rain started to come down and thunder soon followed it.
