Good question. The answer is relatively easy on both counts.
1) This story contains an overview of the stories competing for the Wattys 2017. Short (very short in fact) pitches will tell you why you should read - and vote for them when it comes to that
2) If you would like to participate, send me a PM with your blurb, a link to your story and a link to the cover design. In as few words as possible try to convince a potential reader why YOUR story is simply the best on WP. If you convince ME, I will feature you in this book
