chapter two

Luna;

I've been up basically all night getting work done. I know I should've slept but I just found out that I had a paper due the next day. It's 8:03 am and I just sent my paper. College life is fucking crazy. I can't believe I complained about high school.

"Don't tell me you've been up all night." Raina said walking in the kitchen and I was by the counter

"I had to my assignment was due today and I didn't know until last night." I sighed

"You should've just done one class like I do." Raina said

"Raina you have to do one class because you have a modeling career and a fashion line." I said "I don't do any of that."

"You should Luna you're tall and very pretty. Hell even your brother is a model." She said and I rolled my eyes

No one gets it.

"Yes I know Toni is a model. I'm fucking 25 years old and I can choose what the hell I want to do." I said

"Okay what is it you're doing then? Working at a gym and majoring in art. That won't get you anywhere." Raina said

"Raina I'm training to be a fighter and-

"No you were training to be a fighter Luna. (Were) past tense." Raina said raising her voice a little

"Okay it's too early for this damn conversation." I said putting my focus back on my laptop

"You always say that crap." Raina said and I completely ignored her comment.

She sighed before walking next to me.

"Listen Lu you know I'm just trying to help you. I don't want you to struggle later in life." Raina said.

"Maybe I don't need your help Rai. I don't want anyone's help. It's like the only person who understands that is my brother." I said

"I know I just worry okay. You're my best friend fuck it you're my sister and I don't want to you struggle and regret anything." Raina said

"Raina I already regret shit in my life. Like when I kissed Erick so he could buy me lunch." I joked

"Shut up that was in the 7th grade." Raina laughed "But seriously."

"Yeah I get it." I said

"Okay I have a photoshoot. Bye." Raina said grabbing her purse and walking out of our huge apartment complex

I watched her walk out. Then continued doing more homework. An hour later I got tired. I need a break from this. I heard a knock at the door. It's 9:00 am who's do I know that's up this early.

I got up and went to go open the door. It was Raina's boyfriend who is also my brother.

"Hey Toni." I said letting him in.

"Lu what's going on." Toni said walking to the couch.

"Just taking a break from homework." I said joining him on the couch.

"I don't understand why you're taking so much classes when you're just majoring in art." Toni chuckled lightly but still kept a straight face.

That's the scary thing about Toni. He doesn't show much emotion. He doesn't really laugh or smile. The only way you could tell his emotions if he tells you.
