New kid (part 1)

CORYS POV
I must've fallen asleep on the bus because when I woke up we're already at the school and almost everyone got off the bus and was headed towards the school, I grabbed my backpack and waited till there was an opening so I could get in line my stomach was growling a lot I decided I should get breakfast so right when I got off the bus I went straight towards the cafeteria, there wasn't much just some sandwiches and some muffins I didn't really care what I got as long as I could get something to eat, I got into line which wasn't as long as it normally was, it felt like hours, but I finally had
a chance to grab something I spotted a singular chocolate muffin next to some plain blueberry muffins I was about to grab it until the intercom turned on "will Cory scape please come down to councilors office" I let out annoyed groan and stepped out of line, I walked out of the cafeteria my stomach still growling, but I ignored it, I couldn't think of any reason for why I was going down to councilors office maybe something happened and they we're going to see if I knew anything, after a surprising quiet walk down the hall I could see the councilors office, I noticed that there was someone else with the councilors they seemed like they were talking, I pushed on the door and entered the room, the boy who was speaking to the councilor turned to me he had black hair that was partly blue, he was wearing a blue and black checkered hoodie, "hello Cory" both me and the kid turned to the councilor, "hello mrs V, why did you bring me here" I gave a slight annoyed tone, "well Cory If you haven't noticed we have a new student his name is Uni and I was wondering if you could show him around the school" she gave me a cheery smile which was obviously fake, "oh I guess I could", the councilor went to her computer and printed out a piece of paper, grabbed a sticky note wrote something down and handed me both items, "now I just gave you Uni's schedule and the sticky note is your pass, you can leave" she went back to her papers, I look over to Uni he quietly got up from the chair grabbed his stuff and walked over to me, I didn't say anything to him and motioned for him to follow me.

UNI POV
I was sitting down talking to the councilor about a few things, "so I'm going to bring in a student who is kinda shy around people and he doesn't have at lest I don't think any friends and I think you two could be friends, so please when he shows you around try to talk to him" the councilor said to me in a pleading way,"what's he like" I wanted to know a bit about this kid before I say something wrong or weird, "well first off he has a step mother and he really doesn't like her so try not to mention anything around that subject, second he likes video games, and he likes to read a bit especially books about murder mysteries" I opened my mouth to ask about the step mother, but the door opened and I looked towards the left and I see a kid with blonde hair wearing a long sleeve shirt, he had his backpack with him he seemed a little annoyed about something I didn't really pay attention to the kids conversation with the councilor I was just zoning out the entire time, "now I just gave you Uni's schedule and the sticky note is your pass, you can leave" I snapped myself back when I heard my name, I got up and grabbed my stuff and walked towards the kid, we both didn't say anything and he motioned for me to follow him and we walked down the hall together.
