Two strange creatures exit from the temple of Ra in Egypt, one wore an armor of gold with emeralds on his gauntlet. He looked like a crocodile with a long scaly tail that had on the very edge of it a long curvy blade, his teeth were dirty with blood. The other figure was a jackal like creature with hind legs and a fave of a wolf, he carried a long spear made of silver. "I'm telling you Anubis, these mortal's sacrifices get better and better each time we come in to be worshipped," Sobek said as he licked the mortal blood from his teeth. Anubis rolled his eyes, "Yes,and maybe we would have more gifts and sacrifices too if you stop eating the worshippers who supply them." Sobek growled at Anubis, "I only do what Ares told all of us to do, and that is to make the mortal's fear us so that they don't rebel and bring about our end." "You are a fool Sobek, no mortal can kill us gods, ever since that warrior princess lost the power to kill gods which led to her untimely death. Furthermore, how are we suppose to have the mortal's fear us when they'll be no one to fear us with your rapidly appetite,"Anubis asks Sobek. Sobek grabs his battle axe and raises it at Anubis, " Why you..." All of a sudden, something flashed and hid quickly over the temple. Sobek looks around his axe ready to strike. Anubis looks at him puzzled, "For our sakes,it's just the wind,or some kind of bird." "Winds don't have any physical form and that was no bird, stay vigilant," Sobek tells Anubis. Anubis sees something jump down from the temple and near the shrine of Ra. He walks carefully towards the area, spear at hand, but sees no one around the shrine. "Do you see anything Anubis," Sobek asks him. "There's nothing over here, don't get too scared or else you'll be crying alligator tears," but before Anubis can catch a point of laughter, a figure jumped up in the air above Anubis and slashes its blade right at Anubis chest. Anubis cries out and explodes into flames of gold. Sobek turns around hearing Anubis scream, rushing over to find Anubis's ashes. He brings the axe up at his side ready to strike, " Show yourself, you do not scare me, I am a god. I do not fear you!!" The hooded warrior jumps from the shrine staring at Sobek. Fear begins to crawl up Sobeks spines, "You couldn't be her, she's dead and her daughter probably dead too." The hooded figure smiles, "Your right, I'm not Xena or Eve. He takes off his hood to reveal his face to Sobek, his short spiky hair like gold, but his eyes were like lightning, and his blade looked oddly familiar to him. "Who are you?" Sobek swings his axe straight at the figures head. The figure smiles, dodging the strike crossing sideways at Sobek, than swinging his blade at his arm, cutting and disintegrating Sobeks entire arm. Sobek wails in pain and with his tail swinging it at the figures legs hoping to disable his attacks for good. With one paralyzingly battle cry, the figure jump over the swinging tail cutting it off Sobek's body. Than,as if this figure was reading his mind, slashing Sobeks legs causing him to fall over. The figure steps on Sobeks stomach, "I am Belisarius the Titankiller." And with that, the Titankiller strikes the final blow at Sobeks heart, causing the beast to explode as well in gold ashes. Belisarius looks through the loot that the two gods were carrying with them, some gold, meat and couple of cracked jugs of wine. But something else caught his attention, a couple of bags of ambrosia and a scroll which was titled, "To the King of the Gods, Ares." He took the bags of ambrosia and the scroll, grabbing his blade putting it back into his scabbard. "Have to bring these stuffs back to the Bishop, this changes everything. Putting his hood back on he finds his horse and rides off to Rome.
