Chapter 2

Saige's POV

"When are we going to get there?" I sighed really loud and laid my head on Shawn's shoulder, "Like 10 minutes, calm down." Nash said to me, I gave him a dirty look. I felt Shawn's shoulder shake a little as he laughed at me, I smiled. "We're here," Nash said turning off the car, I looked out of the window at a big hotel. "I'm excited, I've never been to Texas before," I said as Shawn and I got out of the back seat. Shawn grabbed our bags and I got our pillows.

We got up to our floor and I saw Cameron and Taylor before we went to our rooms, let me tell you they look even hotter in person. "We have connecting rooms? This is awesome," I said to Shawn, he smiled at me and laughed. "Yeah we are in this room and I think Cameron, Taylor, Matt and Carter are in the connecting room." Shawn said as he sat our bags on one of the queen sized beds.

After we all got settled in we went out into the hallway where the rest of the guys were messing around. We all got introduced to each other and I was having a lot of fun with everyone. Shawn seemed a little weird though, he didn't leave my side the whole time. "Hey gorgeous," Cameron said to me as he walked over to my side. I blushed, "How are you?" I asked him, "Just fine baby girl," He told me. Shawn's arm snaked around my waist and he pulled me closer to him, I got butterflies but then I got confused.

I walked away from Shawn and went over to Jaide and Nash, "Shawn's acting really weird," I whispered to Jaide so Nash wouldn't hear me. She told me it was probably nothing, I just nodded my head. Cameron came back over to me and smiled at me, he put his arm around my waist. I saw Shawn start walking over to us, "So do you want to go out with me tonight for dinner?" Cameron asked me, I was about to answer when Shawn came over. "She's mine Cameron, stop flirting with her." Shawn said making my heart start beating really fast.

"Wait, what?" I asked Shawn, I didn't know what to say. "Saige, I'm sorry I just, I don't know." Shawn said, I shook my head. "Guys we should go over there with everyone." Nash said to Jaide and Cameron, they all walked off. "I don't understand," I said to Shawn. He shook his head, "I like you Saige, I've liked you for a long ass time now. I didn't want to tell you like this but I just couldn't stand Cam flirting with you anymore. I'm sorry," He said to me.

I just stood there looking at him, I didn't know what to say. Of course I like him, he's the sweetest guy I've ever met, but I didn't think he liked me. "Shawn," I began. He stopped me, "It's okay, I know you probably don't like me back but I just couldn't handle all the flirting and touching." Shawn said to me and he started walking off. "Wait Shawn, stop." I said and grabbed his arm. "I like you too, I've liked you for years now. I'm sorry I never told you," He turned around with the biggest smile I've ever seen on his face. I smiled at him, "You like me?" He asked, I laughed. "What did I just say?" I asked him, he wrapped him arms around my waist, picked me up and spun me around.

We walked back over to everyone, Shawn's arm was around my waist. Jaide smiled at us and so did Nash. "You told her?" Nash asked Shawn, he nodded and smiled at me. "Now you tell Jaide," Shawn said nodding his head toward Jaide while he looked at Nash. I smiled, Jaide has liked Nash for a long time and I think I know what's coming. Nash turned toward Jaide and I could tell Jaide was nervous. "I like you. Do you like me back *click* or nah?" Nash asked Jaide, we all started laughing at how dumb he is. Jaide looked at him all seriously, "Nah." She said, Nash's face dropped. I started laughing because I know for a fact that she likes him. "I'm just kidding, idiot." She said, Nash smiled at her and hugged her.

"Time for dinner, love birds." Jack Johnson said, we all followed Bart down to the vans that were waiting for us outside of the hotel. Nash and Jaide sat by each other while Shawn and I sat by each other.

Shawn kissed me on the cheek and linked his fingers with mine, I looked down at our hands and smiled. This is going to be a good weekend.
