From the Moment I Bumped into you.

Chapter 1

Marilyn's POV

As I exit the airport, I breath in the fresh Colorado air. I look around for my mother. When I come across a sign that says:

'Pick-up for Marilyn Young'

I walk over to the man standing I front of the long black limo. I notice he is dressed in a fancy black suit. I walk up to him and ask if he is my ride. He nods his head and opens the limo door for me, and I crawl in. I look around, investigating the shinny black leather and the glittering lights on the sealing.

We drive for about an hour and a half and pass a sign that says 'Bolder Colorado'. We drive for about five more minutes and come across a large mansion surrounded by trees. The mansion looks very modern but also classy. It was so nice I couldn't believe someone lived in it.

The limo pulled up to the gate and the driver put in a password. The gate slowly rolls open and the limo driver pulls into the driveway. The window separating the limo driver and me begins to roll down and he begins to talk to me.

"This is your new house" he says in a friendly voice.

"My house?" I say astonished

"Yes, your house. Would you like to go in?" He says politely

"Y-yes please."

The driver hops out of the car and opens my door.

"By the way I am Clancy" he extends his hand to me and I reach to shake his hand back.

"I'm Marilyn" I say "and thanks for the ride'' I finish.

Clancy opens the trunk and grabs my bags, as I make my way inside. I reach for the shinny golden handle on the door and pull it open. I am overwhelmed by the smell of rose scented candles. Right in front of me was two stair cases twisting in opposite directions. On the floor was marble tiles and a red carpet that led to double doors right between the beautiful wooden stairs. I looked up to see a beautiful glimmering chandler hanging from the sealing.

"Like what you see" Clancy says walking in behind me.

"It's beautiful" I say in a daze

Clancy chuckled slightly and began to walk up the stairs on the right. He stops and turns around to look at me.

"Are you coming?" He asks

"Uh yeah yeah I'm coming"

I walk quickly to catch up to him. We walk through a few winding halls and come to a white door.Clancy opens the door and walks in, I follow behind him into the room. He sets my bags on the floor and begins to walk out.

"This is your room, I hope it fits you. OH! and feel free to explore the house" Clancy says before leaving and shutting the door behind him.

I look around the room which is very beautiful. The huge bed with dark violet colored blankets goes well with the cream colored walls. In the corner is a tiny vanity next to a fireplace. I walk up to one of the doors in my room and open it revealing a huge closet filled with clothes, dresses, bags and jewelry. I close the door and open the one next to it to see a beautiful big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub and a huge mirror.

"Oh. My. Gosh." I say out loud "this place is beautiful"

After checking out my room a little more I decided it was time for me to explore the rest of the house!
