My cheeks started to heat up
I then heard the door unlocking so my face heat up even more of embarrassment
My mum walked in carrying a buch of groceries she looked over at me "what are you doing out of school y--" she cut off "you texting a girl?" She teased looking at my still flushed face

"I've got to go" I say to my mum running out the door I stopped in front of my driveway "My hoodie!" I yelled
I ran back inside and put on my hoodie so no one could see my face I started towards the door again when my mum stopped me "where are you going? Why do you have a hoodie on that covers your beautiful features!?" She says in a mum way taking off the top part of my hoodie
I took a deep breath and told my mum everything about Lucy
After I was done explaining she said "you can go now..... remember I want to be a grandma BUT not soon" my face totally heated up to the darkest red ever so I dashed out the door to get my face to cooled down I stopped running as soon as I got halfway to her house honestly she only lives 10 minutes away walking.
Once I get there I go up to the door and knock on it
