I Was Found

Zane's POV

I was walking down the street and some people looked at me with weird looks on there face my guess was they were looking at me like that because of my ears and tail. I heard a small meaw coming from the alleyway I walked in and saw a little gray kitten. "Hey there little guy" I said to him as he walked up to me rubbing his head on my leg, then I heard something. Thinking it was just people walking by I didn't pay attention to it then allofasudden I felt a hand on my shoulder I jumped in surprise and fear as I looked back seeing a man with white hair and green eyes.

Travis's POV

I went on a walk in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep, as I was walking I heard a small meaw coming from a close alleyway I walked over and saw.....someone with cat ears and tail?? He was playing with a little gray kitten. I put my hand on his solder and he jumped,when he looked at me his eyes showed fear. I put my hand up showing I was not going to hurt him and asked "why are you out here this late at night?? its not safe"

Zane's POV

I just looked at the man in fear after he asked why I was out at this time I was trying to think of how to answer. I looked down and spoke "I-i ran away from the lab" he gave me a confused look "lab??" He asked then looked at my ears and tail "if I can ask what are you??" I was hoping he wouldn't ask that "I-i believe what they called me was a n-neko....." I replied afraid of what he was going to do.

Travis's POV

I knew nekos were real because I have a friend who is a neko so I decided to help this guy. I put my hand on his shoulder again as he flinched looking up at me "do you have a home to go to??" I simply asked, tears came to his eyes as he looked down once more "N-no" he said almost crying. "Please don't cry....how about you come home with me??" I said in a cheerful voice, he started to back up until he hit a wall "p-please no!" He started to cry in fear I was guessing. I walked over and huged him, he flinched "I'm not going to hurt you I promise" I was trying to sound as calm as I could, he looked at me with teary eyes "p-promise??" He stuttered "promise" I said calmly wipeing away his tears

Zane's POV

"Promise" he said as he wiped away my tears I hesitated then huged him I heard him say "Travis" I looked at him "w-what??" I was confused he looked into my eyes "my name is Travis what's yours??" I thought for a moment then spoke "they called me Zane". Travis smiled at me "well its nice to meet you Zane"
