I looked at my short black hair in the airport bathroom mirror. I blinked and stared at my brown contacts, the vibrant violet no longer existed. I disliked this look very much. Maybe I would change it back? I frowned and shook my head.
There is no going back. This was a part of the deal. It was times like these that I wish I never did what I did. I practically ruined my life. I made my choices, now I had to pay for them. I want to scream. How could I be so stupid? How could I do this to myself?
I took a deep breath and gathered my bags. Show Time, Emmalia. I smiled at my aunt as I stepped out the bathroom. Aunt Keke tied her hair up in a bun and winked at me. "Ready Kiddo?" I nodded.
I really loved Aunt Keke, That's not her real name though. Her full name is Keandra Bea Louise. She owned a cute little cafe here in Georgia that all the teens seemed to flock. I guess it was because of her leaned back attitude and how she seemed like a teenager herself.
Keke has one kid. She's five years old and her name is "Meme" Melody Rose Sanders. She is the cutest little thing. She really has a talent when it comes to art. Meme and Keke live in a huge three story house. Paid for by some of the money I gave her.
The hot Georgia sun harshly beat down on my skin. I instantly broke out in a sweat. I lugged my heavy bags to the trunk with no help from Keke. Thanks a lot. I thought. I see that I'm going to have to do a lot of swimming while I was down here. It was just too freaking hot.
"Can I drive?" I said to Keke as I slammed the trunk. Keke raised an eyebrow at me. I laughed and waved my license to calm her nerves.
"I guess kiddo." She gave me a half smile and laughed. I smiled and did a happy dance as I started to jog to the drivers seat. I know this is going to be so much easier than living with my parents ever was. They were so uptight all the time. Okay so I set the house on fire. Get the hell over it.
My parents are delicate creatures. The smallest thing could set them off. They really were control freaks that shouldn't have children if you asked me. Part of the reason I have anger issues is cause of them.
Im not a spoiled child or anything. I earned everything I had, but my parents didn't seem to understand that. Leeches. That's what they were. Draining the joy and happiness out of everything that crossed their path. Their beautiful paintings, neatly pressed clothes, and crystal belongings did nothing to cure the sadness in our house.
Just as I open the door a black car, going at the speed of freaking light, clipped the door. I furrowed my eyebrows as the car came to a complete stop and the driver hoped out. A boy with dark red hair and blue eyes stared back at me. Oh hell no. "I'm so sorry I was in a rush-" he started, running his hand through his hair frustratedly. Before he could even start I was already in front of him. Smoke was practically coming out of my a**
"Excuse me? You incompetent son of a *****. So you nearly take my car door off and then tell me the reason is because you were in a rush?!" I glare at him and step closer to him until I am in his face. "Learn how to slow down, You stupid, worthless non- driving -"
"Listen ***** you better back the f*** up before shit gets ugly. How about you take that stick from up your ass. I said sorry, take it or leave it. I don't give a flying rats a**." He stepped back and he got in his car and gave me the finger before speeding off.
I cupped my hands around my mouth and yelled. "What time?!" I grinned in satisfactory as I saw the car screech to halt and the red head boy stick his head out the window and yell. 'Tonight!"before speeding off again. Great.I thought. I Made a enemy.
I turned back to a frowning Aunt Keke. She shook her head and climbs in the car. I climb in after her. "You really have a problem." She looked at me with a concerned face. A face I've seen many times from my numerous counselors. I am so sick of that face. I wave her off and start the car, cause what did she know? She wasn't usually there to see my outburst. Although she definitely might be seeing a a lot more of them. I thought.

I screamed in delight as Meme tackled me. "EMMA." She screamed as I fell to the floor. I smiled back at her. Her grin really was contagious. It was hard not to be enveloped in happiness when she was around."Listen Me." I yawned. "I just finished unpacking and I'm really tired. I want some sleep. I promise we'll catch up tomorrow." She frowned and it made my heart sad to see that so I hugged her.
"Okay Emma, but you gotta play candy land." I giggled as she crossed her arms she in a sassy manner. She really was too grown , but what kid isn't now a days?
I nodded and she grinned before slamming my door shut. Exhausted, I shut off the lights and fall back onto my green bed spread. I was just dozing off into Lala land, dreaming of flashing cameras and yelling kids, just as my window slid open. I shot up in my bed alarmed. I mean what the hell?! Windows don't just slide open alone. So either I'm asleep right now and I'm dreaming or someone is about to kidnap my a**.
All my hairs stood on end as I played out all the possible situations. After I thoroughly freaked myself out and I was convinced I was going to die, I grabbed my switchblade, determined not to go down without a fight.
"Miss. Keandra told me her niece was moving in." I nearly leaped three feet in the air as A boyish figure stepped close. I was close to practically crawling out of my skin. So, this person knew my aunt? So maybe they're harmless?
Bull****.
I couldn't really see him since everything was kinda blurry. I don't need glasses though. This amount of blurryness is normal. That is why I have regular contacts. I am not blind.
"I can't really see you, but your eyes." He placed a hand on my face just as I remembered that my contacts weren't in. Crap. Will he recognize me? He caresses my face, and I don't know what it was but I leaned into his touch. Suddenly reality hit me. I don't know him.
"Who are you? What's your name. How old are you?" The boy let out a deep chuckle and leaned closer to me. I saw the faintest hint of blue. My heart was beating a thousand miles a second and I couldn't understand why I wasn't screaming. I know I needed to but I didn't want to.
"I don't answer questions." He growled. My eyes widened in fear, but quickly closed as his lips captured mine. They were so hungry and warm. I was quickly intoxicated. His hands were all over me. I gasped a little when he pulled away. I wanted him back. I wanted to grab him. Geez horny much Emma?
"Thanks. I was bored." My face heated up with embarrassment. How dare he use me as a toy. I'm not some little plaything. Certainly not his plaything.
"You were bored so you broke in!?"
"You seemed fine with it. Bye Sweetness."
And just like that he was gone. I made sure the window was locked this time.
