hina was more than excited when she checked her calendar today; smiling to herself, she exclaimed in elation.

" hell yes, it's friday! that means movie night and free food." mischievously snickering, she wondered who was the poor soul who had to buy snacks for everyone today. "lets see," she thought, "lami bought snacks on the first friday this month, herin got snacks last friday so-" her thoughts were interrupted by the oldest of her roommates, koeun, who slightly opened her room's door. raising her eyebrows, she waited for koeun to start speaking.

"oh hina, you're awake already." koeun stated with a hint of surprise. hina only nodded in response, waiting for what her roommate really wanted to say. hina had a good intuition along with her silent knowledge of how her members usually acted like. thus, being able to know what's up immediately or when they are beating around the bush; this was just another scenario to her. " i just wanted to remind you that it's your turn to buy the snacks for movie night."

hina's jaw dropped to the floor, " SO, IM THE POOR SOUL WHO HAS TO BUY SNACKS?!" koeun flinched at the sudden volume increase before nodding sympathetically.

"annndd actually, i was going to ask if you could buy a little more, since yiyang and ningning are coming over too.." koeun instantly winced as she anticipated hina's reaction to the extra bad news given. well, bad news for hina at least.

" wHAT! okay hold on, so i'm not just buying snacks for the four of us, but yiyang and ningning too?!" hina was shaking her head repeatedly in pure shock. she was beyond disappointed that she wasn't only not receiving free food; she was also paying for her own serving, as well as everyone else's. she could've sworn a ghost left her body upon thinking about the very concept.

"precisely, it's also 1 pm right now and the girls are gonna be here at 3, so i recommend you leave now. "

"aND you're kicking me out too!" hina whined to her leader, hoping she would give in to her.

" hina. im not kicking you out, other members buy food for movie night so you have to return the favor as well. " koeun scolded the stubborn girl. huffing in annoyance, hina groaned.

"okay fine! im leaving okay?" hina gathered her belongings before dragging her feet towards the door. giving koeun a bitter goodbye, hina locked the door behind her.

"stupid movie night." she kicked the rocks on the road, "stupid snacks, and stupid grocery store." catching a glimpse of the small grocery store she intended to shop in, she whimpered while thinking about how much money she would spend that day. hina was already broke as ever, but she had to spend the little she had left on the girls.

strolling through the frigid store, she swung her basket lightly to the music that was playing on the intercom until she finally reached the snack aisle. running her hands over the bags of chips, she began to examine the prices listed below. "7800 won? no way." she tapped the bottom of her chin with her pointer finger. "but, it has a large quantity.."

she was within her thoughts until she felt a small tap on her shoulder, whipping her head back quickly, she saw a boy smiling at her.

" i challenge you to a dance battle!" he spoke suddenly, surprising hina to no ends.

"who the fuck are you ?"

"that doesn't answer my challenge??" jaemin looked at hina quite puzzled, despite the fact that he confused hina in the first place

"but that doesn't answer my question?" hina retorted back at the boy

" touche." jaemin smiled before pointing a finger gun at hina. "so, are we having that dance battle or not?"

"of course we are, i'm buying my chips first tho."
