Chapter 1 - new kid

Y'all, I wrote this ages ago so like, it's not very good, there are things in it that I hate myself for writing but you guys still seem to like it so read it if you want (self promo: my new books better)

3rd POV

Kings boarding school was a prestigious boarding school ranging from ages 14 - 19. Average people's  kids would have to get at least a half scholarship to be able afford to send their children to kings, it was top of the tops. Kids there were smart like really smart or at least talented with some school subject; the new kid Alexander Hamilton had gotten a full scholarship - the school had high standards that was unusual - people already were hearing rumours about him before he even arrived.

There were 6 dorm rooms for girls and 6 for boys (poor non binarys like me but it's more realistic this way).
4 of the boys rooms were full, one had 2 beds left and one was spare.

Alex's POV

Alexander Hamilton walked up to the head teacher slightly nervous but ready to get settled in to his new school,

"Alexander. Hello, George Washington. I'm your new head teacher." George Washington greeted Hamilton

"Mr Washington, pleasure to meet you." Alex replied

"I'll show you to your dorm."

"Thank you sir."

He was lead to a medium sized room, it had 6 beds and cream coloured walls. Well it wasn't very homely but looked comfy enough.

"Get comfy," Washington said then proceeded to open one of the drawers on a chest of drawers "this is your drawer, don't use any others the boys wont be to happy."

"Thank you sir."

Washington left Alex to unpack: Alex sat on his new bed then started to unpack.

A little while later a boy peeked his head round the door discreetly, eager to see if the alleged new kid had arrived

"He's here." They said: they had dark skin and pretty much no hair.

"Really!?" Said someone wearing a bandana.

"The one who got a full scholarship?" Said someone with an obvious French accent.

"Oh cool!" Said some guy covered in freckles.

Alex looked at Them all and gulped new faces, for the fist time he'd have to make friends.

"Hi! My name is Alexander Hamilton and yes I did get a full scholarship." Alex said

"Nice! I'm Hercules Mulligan, this French fry is Lafayette this is Aaron Buur," he pointed at the first one who spoke, "and this smol bean is John Laurens." He exclaimed pointing at the one who spoke last.

"Hi!"

John flopped down on the bed next to Hamilton

"Hey your next to me!" He said blushing, John thought this new kid was kinda cute.

"And me!" Lafayette beamed

Alex smiled, these guys aren't that bad...
