''WAKE UP FREAK!!'' I hear my mother's harsh voice call to my brother. I sit at the kitchen table alone. As usual. My sister is in the bathroom. As usual. My brother is still in bed. As usual. Today is my 17th birthday. I have to go to my dad's. We don't get along. I'm different from other kids. I have depression, anorexia and anxiety. Some kids have them too. But I am the only one in my school. Let me introduce myself. My name is Kasier Sanders. I am now 17 years old. I have long black hair covering one of my blue eyes. My hair is naturally blonde. I'm from Glasgow. I love music. It is my life. My favourite band is Avenged Sevenfold. I play bass in a band and I sing. I live with my brother, Matthew,my sister,Brittany and my mother, Tisha. I only get along with Matthew.
Matthew finally walks into the kitchen ''HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE MAN!!!'' He yells as he scruffles my hair. I love the way he does that. He hands me a small box. I open it slowly and see the Avenged Sevenfold guitar pick I have wanted for ages!!!! ''Thanks!!!'' I yell throwing my arms round his neck. My mother walks in at this moment. Oh shit. I'm not supposed to touch Matthew when Mother is around. She grabs me by my coller and drags me to my room. ''HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY ME?!?!?!'' She smacks me hard across the face. I cower away as she locks my bedroom door. I look around my room for my razor. I used to self harm when Mother hit me. This is the first time in four years she has done it. I find my razor and sit on my bed. I play my music as I drag the razor up my arm.''It's your fucking NIGHTMARE!!'' I sing along with my music.
