It was 6:30 am and I was up making breakfast for my baby Chris. Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, and grits his favorites. Chris and I have been together for 2 years and I love this man but something aint right. Everyday I come home from work and chris is never home and when i call he never picks up the phone.
Chris:Baby is breakfast ready i gotta be out of here at 7:45?
Me: no im finishing up the grits
Chris:can you hurry it up a little, I gotta be at my office with Eric by 8:00
Me:Okay you can cone down now the grits are finished
Chris comes down stairs with a white t shirt, kaki pants, and his Jordan Taxi 12s on.
Chris: Goodmorning Baby
Me: Goodmorning look at my baby looking all fine today
Chris: thanks baby
Me:here you have to make your own plate or else i'll be late
I ran uostairs to take a quick shower. After my shower i went into my beautiful master bedroom to pick out something to wear. Chris must have been down with his breakfast because it sounds like his was washing his dishes, for the first time.
Chris: Baby i got a lil more time so imma stay here and watch the NBA Sports Channel !
Me: Okay baby , im getting dressed i'll be down in a minute
I opened the doors to my elegant walk in closet and pick out a red hi-low ,my cheetah print blazer, and my cheetah pribt red bottoms. I got dressed and went into the bathroom. I did all my hygiene things and apply my mascara and eyeliner made by Maybelline . Then Chris Walked into the bathtoom.
Chris: Look at my baby all dressed up for work
I applied my red lipstick by Mac and replied
Me: Thanks baby
I walked out the bathroom and into my room and grabbed my 14 karat diamond ring that Chris brought me for our 2nd year anniversary. And headed out the door after giving Chris a goodbye kiss. I got into my all white 2014 Audi Q7 and headed to work.
I pulled into the parking lot of my job and walked in , checking in 15 minutes earlier. I walked to my office and heads were turning as if i did make a gorgeous apperance everyday. When I got into my office there was tons of papers stacked on my desk I took some time to organize the papers and put them into files. Then I got a call from my mom .
Me: Hey Mom whats going on?
Mom: Kia,we have something to tell you can you stop over after work?
Me: Sure Mom no problem.
The clock was ticking, and I coukd help but to think about the conversation with my Mom. My supervisor had stopped in my office and said she could tell that i had a lot on my mind and that i could leave work early. I gathered my things and got into my car and rush to my parent's house.
I rushed to the door and turn key and ran over to the couch.
Me: Mom, Dad what's worng?
Dad: Kia, its your sister Alexus, she has been going through something and we need you to talk to her.
Me: Okay is she here... Where is she?
Mom:She's upstairs honey
I took my heels off and ran upstairs to Lexi's room. I knocked on her door.
Me: Lexi open up its me Kia
She opened the door wiped her tears and sat on the bed.
Me: What's wrong baby
Lexi: Kia im pr-pregnant
Me: Pregnant! Alexus your only 16.
Lexi: I know im just not ready for mom and dad to know
Me: And who is this bastard that got my sister pregnant?
Lexi: You remember Marquis right?
Me: Marquis! You got pregnant by a down ass nigga. Where the hell he at ?
Lexi: I dont know I havent talked to him since I told him i was pregnant last week.
Me: Okay go pack you some clothes your going to stay at my house with Chris and I for a couple of weeks.
After packing we walked downstairs I put back on my heels and we kissed our parents goodbye, and i told them that Lexi woukd be staying with me for a little while.
