Once upon a dreaming while they wondered, weak but worried
In the night sky, the forgotten lay still, as the shadows take form
While I glanced, nearly falling, it came to a second chance
As you were prowling, prowling from my door
"Some predator you are" I mutter, it prowls from the door
From nothing to a big storm
Ah, as I recall it was the haunting, raining morning
By the time you were already broken, you had already spoken
You were the taunted, and the faulted but never learned from the fallen
Longing for that warmth, time and time again you were swarmed
As the others met, I never left from the doorstep
The one door to nevermore
