The peacefulness that Cameron felt didn't last very long as Edward and Bella had shown up talking about how there was an intruder in Bella's house. Cameron was currently standing in the corner of the living room feeling uncomfortable because her heart longed to be outside "You can go, you aren't needed here." Edward rudely said looking at Cameron, so she ran she ran all the way to the place where she first saw her mate. As she sat on the edge of the cliff above the water she thought about how Edward had said they didn't need her, she was useless to them. Hell she was even acting like a newborn with no control. Maybe it was time for her to leave the coven, as she thought about leaving her heart started to hurt as she thought about leaving her mate who's name she still didn't know. Emily had been so welcoming to her and told her she was welcome anytime Sam had agreed with her which was surprising to Cameron. A twig had snapped on the wolves territory and that caught her attention, she had been so lost in thought she didn't hear anyone come near her. The gray wolf had walked out of the tree line, he and Jared had been patrol tonight when he had smelt his mate leaving Jared who was more than understanding to go find her and make sure she was safe. "It's late you should be home in bed." Cameron said as her mate had stopped walking as soon as she spoke those words to him, the wolf whined and laid on his stomach showing that he didn't mean any harm. "Were you on patrol?" She asked hoping that he would shift back and talk to her but all he did was shake his wolf head yes. "You should finish so you can get some sleep." She stated concerned about her mates health, all he did was look at her, studying every part of her. "Do you want to see something cool?" She had asked a little while later the wolf had nodded. Cameron stood up and looked towards the water raising her hands the water between them had started to raise into the air, the wolf by now had stood up mesmerized by his mate, Cameron had formed the water into a ball she then started to lower her hands making the water go back to where it belongs before smoothing her hands out making the water spread evenly. "Cool right? That was awesome I've never been able to be in control for that long!" Cameron gushed excited that she's getting better at keeping control, the wolf barked excited that his mate was happy. Cameron's mood did a 360 as she felt footsteps coming towards her as she turned she saw that it was Jasper "It's time to come home Cam." He said once he reached her, Cameron looked at the wolf across the water "Sweet Dreams kid" she said with unshed tears in her eyes, she was upset that she had to go back home when she was having fun for the first time in awhile but she was also upset because she had to leave her mate, being around him made her feel better. Jasper had noticed his sisters mood change and had tried to help her "Don't you dare, you don't get to change my mood. If I'm upset then I'm upset you don't get to change that. You don't get to do that to me." Cameron snapped, the wind started to pick up, the ground started to shake, the water behind her had started to raise into the air, her hands aflame by her side. She was no longer upset, she was pissed that her brother tried to make her feel other feelings. Her mate had stayed and watched as the scene in front of him went down, he decided to get her attention by barking as she turned she looked into his brown eyes and just like that the elements went back to normal and she ran back to her tree embarrassed that she had lost control so easily. Cameron didn't know what her family had talked about while she was gone but she could feel that it wasn't something good. With that she sat in her tree waiting for the new day to come.
