The 14th Floor

10 P.M

"You overreacted out there you know,"Hadlee said to Klaine.
"Whatever. I don't care if Maliá left I'm fine with that, she disgusts me,"Klaine said laying on the bed.
"So you're gonna let the fact that your best friend is in love with a slightly older guy ruin you guys, that's real screwed up,"Hadlee said. "You could've at least faked it."
"I don't like faking things, she's 19 he's 23. It's weird,"Klaine said.
"You didn't have to freak out like that, plus she's 19! She's literally an adult let her do what she wants,"Hadlee said.
"Yeah, yeah get out of here if you're just gonna complain,"Klaine said.
"You're too much, just don't even talk to me,"Hadlee said.
"Sounds good,"Klaine said putting in earphones.
Hadlee walks away from Klaine to find Jonah looking for Maliá.
"Where's Maliá,"Jonah asked?
"What do you mean I thought she left,"Hadlee said.
"No..We were going to leave together,"Jonah said. "Maybe she left me."
"She wouldn't, but she was really mad,"Hadlee said.
"Well I am too. She shouldn't have left me,"Jonah said.
"I'm sorry,"Hadlee said.
"It's fine I guess,"Jonah said.
Hadlee walks away from him, 10 P.M comes, and she gets Jac and Brett to explore with her for the channel.
"Okay so are you guys ready to record,"Hadlee asked?
"Yeah pretty much,"Brett said. "Though everyone's not here."
"Klaine is on her way,"Jac said.
"Still it's not the same. We need Maliá and Jonah too we are a family,"Brett said. "I feel bad about what I did."
"Yeah well why don't you apologize,"Jac said.
"I will, but this video needs to be made,"Brett said.
"He's right. Let's begin,"Hadlee said turning on the camera. "Hey everybody. It is now officially 10 P.M and we are staying out to explore."
"Maliá, Jonah, and Klaine will not be joining us for this moment,"Brett said. "But soon enough they'll be back,"Brett said.
They walk down the dark hallway, that was dimly lit with candles, showing the camera their point of view.
"Okay so nothing is happening yet, guess we have to wait,"Brett said.
"I think this is fake,"Hadlee said. "I mean where are the "bats" no such thing."
"I don't know, but it's creepy at night,"Jac said.
They hear something drop in the dark, and freeze.
"Did you hear that,"Hadlee asked grabbing on to Jac and Brett.
"Come on it's probably nothing,"Jac said as they continued walking cautiously.
They hear a door creaking open.
"Hello,"Brett said pointing the camera toward the open door.
"Is anyone there,"Jac asked?
They walk into the dark room trying to turn on the light, but it wasn't working.
"I'm scared,"Hadlee said tightening her grip on Jac.
"Don't be it's fine, it's probably nothing,"Jac said trying to convince himself to stay strong.
"Guys is Klaine still coming or not,"Brett asked?
"She texted and said never mind,"Hadlee said. "She's lucky."
"I guess,"Brett said.
Brett walks over to an odd shape on the wall, and they all hear screaming.
"Guys what is that,"Hadlee asked worried?
"Let's find out,"Brett said ripping the wallpaper off the wall to see a lever.
"What's it do,"Jac asked?
"We'll see,"Brett said pulling it down.
An entrance opened, as they saw a long staircase leading down to pitch black.
"Well are we gonna go or what,"Brett said walking in.
"Umm.....Do we have too,"Hadlee said.
"Do any of you have a flashlight,"Brett said.
"I have one on my phone,"Jac said.
"Same,"Hadlee said.
"Good then let's go,"Brett said walking down the spiral staircase.
"Brett stop,"Hadlee yelled down to him.
"Let's go,"Jac said.
Hadlee follows Jac down, when they hear screaming again.
"Guys this is really freaking me out let's go,"Hadlee said.
Brett comes running back towards them "Guys run!"
They hear someone running after Brett, and run back up as fast as they can, they make it to the guy's room, and fall on the bed taking a deep breath.
"What was that,"Hadlee asked Brett?
"That's the thing, I don't know. I heard something running after me making weird noises, so I wasn't waiting to find out,"Brett said.
Someone starts pounding on the door, and they all hide in the corner. Brett grabs his knife, and waits at the door for whatever it is to come in.
"COME AT ME,"Brett said screaming at whatever was on the other end of the door.
"Open the door Brett it's just me,Klaine, you idiots,"Klaine said from the other side of the door.
"Oh,"Brett said putting his knife away.
Brett opens the door, and Klaine walks in. Brett locks the door, and they sit on the bed.
"Why were you screaming like a lunatic,"Klaine asked looking at him as if he's going crazy?
"Uh long story, but we got it all on camera,"Brett said.
"Really? Show me,"Klaine said.
"I'm gonna go,"Hadlee said trying to walk away, but Klaine stops her.
"Guys I'm really sorry for how I reacted, I just didn't want our channel to go down,"Klaine said. "I promise I will go apologize to Maliá and Jonah."
"Yeah me too,"Brett said.
"You guys were pretty dramatic out there,"Jac said.
"Sorry,"Klaine said looking awkwardly at the wall.
"It's fine,"Hadlee said hugging her. "Plus I didn't need to interfere in something I wasn't part of."
"Yeah, but I understand,"Klaine said.
"Well it's not my business anymore, just go apologize to Maliá she's your best friend,"Hadlee said.
"I will..But she's not answering her phone,"Klaine said.
"Oh I'll call her for you then,"Hadlee said. "She left Jonah here."
"Wait really? That's so unlike her,"Klaine said.
"I don't know she probably just needs some time too cool off,"Hadlee said.
"Yeah do you wanna see the video or not,"Brett said pulling out his laptop.
"Yes,"Klaine said as they all gathered.
