jin held up the polaroid. little jin next to the little boy. everyone looked confused- they recognized jin, but they all wondered who the boy next to him was.

"who's standing next to you?" namjoon asked, scrunching his face in confusion.

jin met most of his friends on the first day of college- freshman year. the following year, he met more people that he became close with. the next year, the seven of them grew really close to each other. that year, jin told them a story.

"when i was in middle school, i met this boy at a playground. it was at night- the day i ran away from my parents after coming out as bi. they were accepting, but i was just overthinking and i ran to the playground to have some time for myself. i brought my brand new polaroid camera with me to take pictures and get my mind off of everything. there, i met a boy. he was so handsome.. so gentle... nice... he smelled good too--"

"just continue!" yoongi blurted out.

jin simply sighed dreamily as a response before he continued. "ah... well, you get the idea. he held my hand and told me, let's marry when we meet underneath the stars again." jin put his hands on his cheeks. "it was so romantic! oh! and since i had my camera with me, i asked if i could take a picture with him- he said yes. i don't know where the picture is though... i'm pretty sure i brought it with me when i moved here..."

hoseok looked excited to meet jin's so-called-lover; anyone would assume that he's dating the certain someone. "sooo... can we meet him??"

jin paused for a moment before sighing and covering his face. he thought for a moment. "i've only seen him that day..." he mumbled. he could clearly saw hoseok sinking back to the floor and pouting. but he clenched a fist and nodded to himself. "i am sure that i'll be able to meet him again though! i'm gonna go back after we graduate!"

"i bet that person moved away." namjoon huffed, partly making fun of jin, partly jealous, everyone could tell.

"jealousy? kekeke~" taehyung snickered. namjoon rolled his eyes playfully at him while jungkook and hoseok grinned at namjoon. jimin, like always, giggled.

jin laughed and slapped the table while doing so. "HA! i'm only in love with that person! i'm going to go back there after graduating!" he exclaimed.

jin smiled. "the boy! remember the story i told you?"

"WOAAAH! SO ROMANTIC!" hoseok yelled and stood up. yoongi tugged his arm down, signaling hoseok to sit down. and he did. being too loud would wake jin's neighbors up.

"bet he doesn't remember you," namjoon huffed, more to himself rather than jin.

jin pouted and crossed his arms. "god, you and yoongi are the only ones who aren't supportive with my first love!" yoongi stuck his tongue out, and namjoon just laughed in reponse.

"well, you're almost graduating college, hyung," jungkook said. "what are you going to do before we graduate?"
