The Next day You and Valerie went out to shop for ingredients "[y/n], how about for dinner tonight we can have Chicken curry" you nod she interlocked her hands with you and explore the capital

After You bought all the items you need you both go to a cafe and took a seat

Valerie: you know this almost looks like it's a date

She starts blushing and fidgeting, you smiled and you both finished your food, and go back to the base along the way some guys and girls look at both of you with envy

Once you got to the base you gave the ones you bought to Sheele then went to the training ground, you saw Bulat and Tatsumi sparring when they notice you

Tatsumi: hey guys wanna go two against two?

It was Val against Tatsumi and Bulat against you, You and Val went into a stance Val charges first

Both of them are down, it's a draw once they catch their breath you and Bulat went into the training field

You charge at him he swings his staff you dodge at the last second, you and Bulat exchange blows, you then flip to gain some distance, he then charge at you and brought down his weapon you reacted on time and block his attack with your sword he was stronger than you thought he brought down his weapon with ease, you struggle to manage it you have no choice you tilt your sword and Bulat's  staffs hit the ground this gave you the opportunity to kick him, you then got into your stance

[y/n]: Blade Art 7th Form: Cross Blade

You charge at him with great speed in an instant you deliver two strong slashes that forms an 'X', Bulat held his ground both of you we panting

[y/n]: you're strong Bro you're the first person to withstand my Blade art, and still standing

Bulat: I guess I am...

You knelt to the ground Valerie went to you and helped you up Tatsumi did the same to Bulat

Val: you both were amazing, [y/n]

[y/n]: yeah... but Bro is stronger I guess I have a long way to go

Bulat: don't sweat it [y/n], you'll get stronger and be the warrior you want to become

You four went back to the base, where Najenda and the others were waiting for you

Najenda: [y/n], Bulat, and Tatsumi, I have a new assignment for you...

She then gave you four the details of the mission it will start the day after tomorrow, and it will be in the boat called Ryuusen....

[y/n]: 'if I saw the three again I may used my imperial arm'
