Marty and Buffy Race

Buffy's POV:

I walk up to the track and I see Marty already getting his running shoes on. I walk over to him and start talking.

Marty: I have a question about the race.
Me: What is it?
Marty: If I win the race will u still talk to me?

Me: Of course, but if I win the race will u still talk to ME?
Marty: Of course, I don't know what my life would be like without u.

Marty gets closer to me and leans in. I get lost in his eyes and before I know it we kiss. I like Marty but I didn't want anyone to know.

I guess know we are probably dating so. We end the kiss and he starts talking again.

Marty: Will u be my girlfriend. I have liked u since we first met but we have been too competitive to see it.
Me: Yes. I have liked u since we first met because u are just as confident as I am.

I am dating Marty. He is a great guy but I can already hear Andi and Cyrus rubbing it in that they told me he liked me and u liked him.

I didn't want to compete with the guy I like so of course i couldn't admit it. Hopefully Marty will tell them for me.
