Introduction

Hello I'm Alexa Maye Price. I'm 17 years old, I have curly light blonde hair with blue eyes. I live in South London with my parents, Paul, who has blue eyes and short dusty blonde hair with some curls and Sarah, who has dark brown hair with chocolatey brown eyes. I have two sisters, Lilly, who is 15 months she has blue eyes and curly light brown hair and Eliza, who's 3 and has brown straight hair, like my mum with brown eyes. Me and Lilly took our father's curls and blue eyes.

It's the summer holidays and I'm going to visit my best friend Sammy, she has short brown hair with green eyes, she lives with her parents and their staff-yeah you heard me right she has staff-Charles the butler Katie the maid, Sophia the chef and old Jack the gardener. Sammy and I have been best friends all our lives our dads worked together when they were younger and have been friends, so me and Sammy grew up together with her brother Nathan who's 19. Me and Sammy went to the same primary school but when we had to go to secondary school her father hired a private tutor Steven who would come to her house, so when I fineshed school I would go to see her. When it was time to apply for college, Fredrick her father thought she would join the family business because her brother didn't. She applied for art and I applied for child care. Her father is the C.E.O of a big company and buys small business' and makes them more proffesional. Nate, Sammy's brother doesn't speak with his family anymore because of a big arguement or something. Anyway this is my story of how I nearly lost my best friend because of a boy.

I get on the bus to her house which takes 10-15 minuets. When I get to Sammy's house I'm greeted by Charles the butler,

"good morning Miss Price, I hope your day is well." he said politely.

"Thank you Charles I'm really good thanks how are you" I say walking to the living room sitting on the red leather couch.

"Same old, same old, Alexa" He bowed and left the room to see to the household duties. I looked at the magazine on the coffee table and read it. Sammy came in with two bowls of cookie dough and two spoons.

"Dad's just bought this company in Manchester so he's staying there for the week. Do you want to go shopping? we can buy dresses for your birthday you want"

"I'm skint hun, I've got no money at all"

"oh hush daddy can buy it." she said as she got out her fathers credit card.

"He said it was for emergencies, this is kinda an emergency."

"okay but let's talk to Sophia first." we got our bowls and took them into the kitchen which was connected to the lounge. Sophia was Sammy and her brother Nathan's Nanny when they were younger but when she was twelve her parents decided she was to old for a Nanny, so they were going to send her back to Portugal where she's from but Sammy and Nate went on a strike till they changed there minds and kept her on as their chef.

"hello Sophia you ok?" I said

"Hello señorita Alexa estoy muy bien esta mañana?" (I'm very good how are you?)

"I'm fine Sophia thank you" we talked to Sophia for an hour then we went to town to the shop Quiz, Sammy picked a blue dress with sequins, her shoes were blue sequined sandals and a silver clutch bag. I picked peach chiffon dress, beige high heels with a bow and nude clutch bag and a bow and a bracelet with a silver flower we went and paid then went to Costa for a coffee, hot chocolate and brownies. We talked then decided we should go home and watch Marley and Me and order pizza, then I would cry at all the sad bits.
