* Emma´s P.O.V *

Warmth engulfed me. Softness thouched my aching body. Every inch of it. Light seemed to travel across my exposed skin and relaisation drew upon me.

Snapping my eyes open I saw myself in a bedroom. A four poster king bed in the middel and 3 doors. Hopefully one would lead me to my escape.

Several thoughts went through my mind but one stod out. I had found my mate. The one thing I did not want to happen just happened.Tears started to form in my eyes at the thought of if I ever lost this man. I knew I couldn´t be with him. Because if he was to be taken away from me I wouldn´t make it. So for the best for both of us I needed to get as far away from him as I possibly could.

 Getting out of the bed I secured the blanket around me. Searching for something to wear I went in thorugh the first door. Nope. Bathroom. Second. Yeah. I walked into the walk-in closet and took a marin blue t-shirt and a pair of panties that was in a drawer. I knew it was my mates clothes and it pained me to think that he had, had a girl or several girls over.

I went out and tired the third door that I knew would led me to my freedom, but it was locked.

Anger built up inside me. How dare he how dare any of them to take my life away and lock me up in a bedroom. With my anger I went over to one of the windows and cracked it open. I made sure to be quiet since I wanted to get out of here.

I looked down and saw that there was an about 16 feet drop. I could make it easely.

Swinging one leg out I sat on the window board. I swinged the other one out aswell and then I jumped.

Air suronded me and I wanted to scream. Only seconds later I was on my feet standing in the grass. I wasted no time. I ran. I sprinted over the field that was between me and the woods where I could shift. I pushed my human faster and faster. Once in the woods I shifted.

Moments later I was on my big raven wolf. I took the shirt in my snout and pushing my paws into the ground I shot of like a bullet. Dirt flew up in the air and the trees became blurry. All the sounds melted together and I flew past all of it.

Feeling lighter I knew I had passed the boarder. But I did not stop, no I wanted to put as much ground between me and my mate before resting.

And so I did.
