As I look out of my window on the greyhound bus I see a sign that says "Welcome to Beach City". And by the time I saw the sign I could feel the bus stop.
"Everyone for Beach City off the bus." Said the bus driver.
I was the only one to get off and as far I could tell I still had a mile until I get to town. So I started to walk and it took me an hour and a half to reach the first house. Even though I'm exhausted I look down at my gem on my navel and think about how I only have a little while to go to get to the place where my mom used to live. My mom was a Crystal Gem before she left for a little town in the east coast called Rehobeth Beach after she met my dad in beach city and then had me which cost my mom her gem which was an emerald so now I have her gem. So now you know about my mom you should know about me and my dad next. My dad's name is Jonathan and he lived in Rehobeth Beach his entire life until he met my mom and everything changed. He had gone to Beach City for a car part with a friend and then he met my mom after they saw each other for the first time my dad said it was love at first sight but that's enough of that. So now you know about my mom and my dad so time for me. My name is Ella I have my mom's gem which you already know, my skin has a slight green tint, and I dyed my hair green to be like my mom. I'm 16 and my dad is sick so he is sending me to live with my mom's friends Rose, Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst. I have to stay here until he gets better. Now you know everything you need to know but now I have to pay attention before I get lost.
As Ella walked she got distracted by the ocean as it looks different then what she's used to. When she ran into someone. The person quickly recovered and stood up.
"Uh... are you okay? You aren't hurt are you?" Asked the stranger. "Yeah I'm fine. I'm so sorry I didn't mean to run into you." I said nervously. "It's okay I was just off to a rave I'm D.J.ing. Oh yeah my name is Sour cream." Said Sour cream. "That's so cool I love raves and my name is Ella." I say to Sour cream. "So um... do you know how to get to the Crystal Gems' house?" I asked. "Oh you mean Stevens house? Yeah I know where that is." He said. "I don't know who Steven is but I guess so." I said unsure. "Well I'll just show you where it is and if it's not right we can just go to the rave." Sour cream said. "Okay then lead the way." I said.
As Sour cream and I walked I got to see more of the city.
