Chapter 7

Mia POV....

" Here give me your hand and I will pull you up" I told her and she reach her hand out but I couldn't reach it from the breach I was on. " The men are coming " she say panicking " Listen to me you need to jump so I can help you" I told her.

She attempted a few times jumping " Try again" I told her she jumped and I grab her by the wrist and she grab my hand with her other hand that was free. I hurried and pulled her up and we climbed higher into the tree " Shh " I told her putting my finger to my lip.

We saw a man pass by the tree and then other man but this one was different he was dress like a regular person. Only thing was i couldn't see his face but I saw the spell caster gun he was holding. " Are we going to get kill?" The girl ask me and I turn and roll my eyes seriously I risk my life for this chick and she's going to get me kill now.

The guy turn and look towards the tree and smiled " What a nice sunset !" He say and look toward the sunset you could see from the park. Just then the man from before past back by I didn't know why I didn't notice it before he had this strange aura around him I just couldn't figure out from what it was about the aura.

" I heard a woman say she saw two girls running coming this side but I can't smell them there no trace of nobody here" the man told the other guy. " Just regular people nothing to be alerted about" the guy told the man " But prince we need to be sure if word gets out that —" the guy was saying but the man stop him.

" I say everyone okay nothing to be alerted about " the guy in charge shouted at the man and he bowed and left.  After the man left the guy in charge look back up to the tree me and the girl was in hiding " You see me don't you " I whispered soft even that the girl didn't hear.

The guy turn to walk away he stop and look over his shoulder " I do" he say and walked off.

"Let's get home " I told the girl looking behind me to where she was. She smiled " Thanks for saving me my name is Lily" She told me and I smiled.

" I think if we climb cross to the branch behind we can jump down over the wall" Lily told me. " Just follow what I'm doing and you will be good" i told her and she smiled and followed me we climb across for branch to branch.

" Already we just have to jump the wall isn't that high" I told her we climb across and jump off the branch on to the wall and then I jumped down followed by Lily.

" Wow well that's the last time I'm going to the park" lily joked and I laughed " totally agree with you" I told her she smiled.

We walked back the road I walk went I was going to the park we past IHOP and we decided to stop and get a drink and a salad. We sit outside IHOP and suddenly a few black SUVs come speeding pass IHOP from the park's direction.

" Let's not talk about this lets just forget it happen we don't need to be question by police or the origination" lily say suddenly speaking up.

I drove into the salad I was so hungry I hardly ate any of my dinner. One of the SUVs pulled up to IHOP which take both me and Lily by surprise.
