I was stupid enough to be the one to volunteer to see if the storm would stop. I walked up the basement stairs to the first floor. All of our houses were sound proof, for some dumb reason. I couldn't tell by the sound. I opened the door and walked off the porch to see a boy my age, wearing black jeans and a blue button-down shirt. Nincompoop.

His eyes were fixated on the idiotic girl standing right in front of the only storm magic. Me. He waved his hand and down went a bolt that went straight through my body. Most fairies would love to get shot with a bolt from the one and only Alex the hot. But for me? Nah, man, Nah.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I woke up in the hospital. Lots of nurses struggled around the room when I saw Alex in the corner being lectured by his dad. He must have made him come here for doing this to me. Aww, how sweet.

My wings were pushed outwards and it was straining my back. It didn't take me long to notice the nurses had me all wrapped up in bandages. The only skin showing was my face. I wanted something to look at, so I went straight to Alex. If it wasn't for knowing he was the storm, I would've thought he had mind manipulation. That guy could make anyone fall in love with him. His lustful green eyes, his black flowing hair, his guilty face he always had on. He finally caught me staring at him and stuck out his tongue like a first grader. His dad noticed and flew quickly over to me, "Lillian, words can not explain how sorry we are. He knows what he did wrong and he is sorry about it. Alex honey, why don't you come over here and apologise?" His dad flew away. Alex got his storm element from his mum. It didn't carry on from his father.

"I know who you are, Lillian Alyssa, and I need to tell you something." His electric green eyes sparkled as they pierced through my soul. "You are not who you think you are. Your parents are not who you think you are. They are part of the Death society and so should you. I tried to get you through, but it was hard. You are still alive.

"You are a death fairy, and the only way to summon your powers is to kill you. I, Alex Thunning, apologise for electrocuting you yesterday. Goodbye!"

"WAIT! DON'T-"

And with that, he unplugged my oxygen tank( i don't know how it works -3-) and took out the nurses. "I love you, Alex. Come with me......." I actually died.

-------------------------------------------------------

Deathly. Cold. Hateful. Yelling. Screaming. Everyone is dead here. But again, death is nothing.

I was patiently waiting in a lobby of the Underworld. My bandages were off and I was wearing the clothes I had on when I was shocked. My wings were ripped but didn't hurt at all. Actually, nothing hurt.

"Lillian Henon"

"Yes?"

"Please step up"

I was waiting for hours and hours at a time. The lady behind the desk was purple and had one eye. I mean I guess I was the size of a throw pillow and had wings. I flew up to the desk and she said, "Do you have anything to say, anything like someone told you something before you died, or you know something?"

"I know I'm supposed to be part of the Death Society." I stumbled out nervously. "Well, looky here! My first DS member here. How lucky am I????" She said sarcastically. She pointed to a staircase going down. "Down and to the left."

I nervously walked down the stairs when I saw someone familiar, Alex??? Except he didn't have wings and was human size compared to me. I shifted into my bigger size to be human size. I still had wings though. "How are you here, and where are your wings?" I asked Alex while he smirked at me.
