Serving the twins was Will's job. They didn't care for his health at all, he was a demon and a slave; why should they care? He long ago made a pact with Dipper so it's his fault.

Will was giving Mabel her tea, knowing her, she'd throw it at him, saying it was too hot or cold. She did exactly that. "I-I will make a-another pot m-miss!!" He stuttered. He ran to start a new pot with blood and tea all in his blue hair. He heard the door from the entrance close, signaling Dipper had just left. When the water was hot enough, he added the tea bags and waited for the water to change color. When it did, he pour some tea and gave it to Mabel. She looked happier. "Finally! You did something right for a change!" She exclaimed, shooing him off. Knowing he'll only be a hindrance, he teleported to the Mystery Shack to see Pacifica and Gideon.

Pacifica tugged him by the ear so should could wash his hair and fix the damage in the bathroom. She took out shards of glass first before making him lay down where his head was above the sink. If it weren't for the circumstances, it'd look like they were playing "Salon". She took the shower head from the shower and used cool water so no burns would act up. Once the dry blood and tea were out of his hair, she dried his hair as well as looked for places to place disinfect. She then wiped his face of any blood and placed bandaids. Soon they were done and Will got up. Gideon was by the door frame, ready to interrogate the dream demon.

Heading upstairs, Will explained that Mabel wanted tea and it was too hot. She then threw it at him and made her another pot of tea. She left him alone afterwards. Pacifica rubbed his back and Gideon asked "Why is it always Mabel?" That was a deep question... Will thought it over and said "Dipper doesn't ask much of me, Mabel is lucky I even do any work for her. The pact I have with Dipper doesn't make me serve the whole family. Actually, if I wanted to, I could break the pact if I find certain things unpleasant." They gave Will a look. How unpleasant does it have to be? It sounds too unpleasant already.

When even Dipper begins to abuse him.

Ever since the change, he's the only one–besides Stanford who is locked in the basement–that never abused him. He just grew colder and distant. Yes, he called him useless but he didn't care. He wasn't unpleasant so the pact remains. It didn't matter that he called him useless, he would be decent with Will. Sometimes Will would get lost in his eyes thinking someone he lost.
