Ori's p.o.v.
"She's absolutely beautiful." G says carrying her.

"She's the most precious." I say.

"She certainly is." He smiles at Ethel. "I love it how you guys named her after you." He says.

"Me too." I smile.

"How are things going with Derek?" He asks.

"I'm guessing they're good." I say.

"Where's my baby?" The door open to a heavy breathing Lany. Her eyes fill with joy once she sees Ethel. "I'm sorry I couldn't come sooner." She says.

"It's fine." I smile. She cleans her hands and then G lets her carry Ethel. "She's beautiful." Lany says almost crying. "I already love her more than I love Derek." She says making me laugh.

"Hey." Derek says offended as he's walking in.
"I wasn't sure if you could drink Coffee so I brought you orange juice." He says handing it to me.

"Thank you." I give him a small smile.

"We need to talk you guys G and Lany." Derek says.

"What's up?" G asks.

"I'm all ears." Lany says admiring Ethel.

"We want you guys to be the godparents." I say.

"Really?" Lany asks surprise. I nod my head.

"Oh shit." G whispers. "Me this beautiful baby girls godparent?" He points to Ethel. Derek and I nod our heads.

"You guys are the best fitted for this job." Derek says."We trust you with our baby."he adds on.

"Awe." Lany lets out. "You want me?" She asks. I nod my head.

"You guys are the best fit for our daughter." I turn to look at Derek whose already looking at me with a smile.

"It would be an honor to be Ethel's god mother." Lany says.

"It would." G says nodding his head.

"She's going to be spoiled." Lany points at G.

"She's a Ladarius she must be spoiled." G says in defense. "She's also a Maloley by her grandparents." He adds.

"I know the boys love her but you guys can't spoil her too much I don't want her to be a brat." I say.

"Did they show you the pictures they took while in labor?" Lany asks.

"Yeah I actually don't look like shit in one" I say. I show her the pictures.  "You should print it and frame it." She says.

"So how are you guys going to work with Elena and everything?" G asks.

"Derek is moving in to help me take care of her, he'll have the other room." I say.

"That's good, so do you guys think they'll ever be something more?" Lany asks pushing it a little.

"It's all for Ethel, my daughter deserves the best." Derek answers. She just nods her head.

"So when are you guys released?" G asks changing the topic.

"Tomorrow at noon." I say.

"Want us to take some things home?" Lany and G asks.

"Can you? We kind of got ambushed by gifts and fruit dipped in chocolate, I'm not complaining about the fruit." I say. "I had Derek take somethings yesterday." I add

"We would love to help Ori." Lany says.

Before Lany and G left they took something's, they did two trips, so they took majority. Which I am grateful, Andrea said she'd stop by with Nate and Swazz and take the rest.

"Are you ready to leave Ms.Ladarius?" The nurse ask.

"I am" I say honestly.

"Well you are so, congrats." She says weirdly.

"I'm glad." Derek says. We pack our things and  one of the nurses checked outside.

"It's full with paparazzi." She says. "We'll take you out trough the back." She says. "One of the valets already took your car to the back." She informs. We nod our head and I sit on the wheel chair since it's hospital policy. I have Ethel in my hands and Derek's carrying mine and her luggage. The nurse pushes me down the hall away. I look at Derek and see him staring at Ethel and me. I give him a smile, he's doing something right and it's making me fall for him. I'm scared I don't want to get hurt. Know that I look back it was pretty dumb calling off the engagement just cause we had an argument.

I take a seat in the back with Ethel. I place her in the baby seat. She's sleeping, thankfully she's a peaceful baby. Derek gets in the car and places our bags in the passenger seat.

"Are you guys buckled up?" He asks. "Yeah." I say. He drives us home. It was a quick ride home.

"I got Ethel." He says taking her off with her baby seat. She makes a cute face as she's being lifted up. She doesn't open her eyes though. I take the bags form the passenger seat. We make our way to my apartment. Once we're in we place Ethel on the sofa as we sit down.

"My lease is about to finish." I say.

"Move in with me." Derek says quickly. "I mean for our daughter. So I could help you a lot more with her. I want to be here for her. I don't want to be that dad who's not really there for my baby." He says.

"I would enjoy that." I say look at him. "Derek?" I ask.

"Yeah?" He asks.

"I'm going to sleep can you keep an eye on Ethel?" I ask.

"Yeah, go take a nap." He says. I make my way in to my room. Once I lay in bed I let sleep take over.
