Chapter 1

Gregg's pov
It has been two weeks since me and Angus have broken up and I have been super duper depressed.Right now I am at work the snack falcon and I was just playing on my phone and then I heard the door open and closed.
Me: Welcome to the snack falcon how can I help you to-.I stoped in mid sentenced and I saw the one ture best friend that I can trust on Mae she had the same smile that she always wore and always have.
Mae: Hey Gregg how have you been I have noticed that you have been so sad and I thought that I can cheer you up by going to the dinner to get some pizza soda and go to my place to watch a movie.
Me: But won't your parents be at home?
Mae: No they will be out of town for 1 month they left this morning and they told me that I can have friends over and that's it so what do you say.
Me: Sure I get off in ten minutes how about you stick around the store.
Mae: Sure I would like a slushy cup please. I gave her a cup and she walked over to the slushy machine and got the blue flavored and came up to the counter to pay for the slushy and she pulled out her wallet and I stoped her right there.
Me: No worries Mae it's on the house ok.
Mae: What no Gregg I couldn't.
Me: I can pay for it ok.
Mae: ok Gregg.we talked and my shift was over and we went to the dinner got the pizza and soda.We went straight to her house and she opened the door we took off our shoes and we went on the couch and I grabbed a movie it was called IT that scary clown movie we started the movie while eating the pizza.
(After the movie)
Me: That was awesome don't you think Mae. When I turned around she was scared out of her mind.
Mae: Y-yeah y-your r-r-right.
Me: Hey are you ok Mae.
Mae: Can we just go to sleep now.I didn't know how to tell her that when me and Aungus broke up he took the apartment and I had nowhere to go.
Me: Hey Mae can I stay her for awhile.
Mae:Sure Gregg you can sleep in the guest room. Goodnight Gregg.
Me: Night Mae.
