You woke up the next morning remembers what Izaya said you quickly took a shower and put on some jean shorts with a f/c tank top. You then pull out your phone

Iza-Chan!! I hope you are awake!!

I:yeah I am..I couldn't sleep at all to excited to take you for the surgery~

Just pick me up and take me to shinra's!

No answer...idiot.. You all of the sudden see the red light flashing telling you someone was here. You opened the door seeing Izaya. He pulled you out and just started walking. It was about sunset by the time you got there since a few fights with Shizuo took place.. Izaya knocked on the door

Iza-Chan pov:

I knocked on the door waiting for shinra to answer. " hello Izaya.. Is this the girl you are talking about?" I nodded. " yeah just make sure she can hear..and here is the money.." I handed it to him and he nodded but then hid his mouth " there is a chance she might not make it..since it is close to the brain and other reasons"  my eyes widen. " do you still-" " of course I do!" He then took y/n to a room and told me to stay out.. How could I...I was worried. Could she really die? But she wants to hear..so it's her chance..I just hope she lives..

~ TIME SKIP BY CELTYS BIKE THAT SOUNDS LIKE A HORSE!!~

After three hours shinra came out. " she is asleep right now.. I don't know if it was a success but-" Izaya interrupted to Doctor " as long as she is alive I don't care." Shinra smiled at this " you love her don't you?" Izaya nodded " for some reason ever since high school she just caught my attention.. And even now she never ceases to amaze me with how bright and positive she is...even though she is-"

wokeuo hearing Izaya speaking
"And even now she never ceases to amaze me how bright and positive she is...even though she is-" I cut him off finishing what he was saying. "trapped in her mind surrounded by her thoughts and not knowing what people say about her only to assume the worst.." You smiled as Izaya looked up " y-y/n you are awake!" You nodded " well I'm not asleep." Izaya hugged you and you hugged him back.

"Finally I can hear how the person I love sounds like..." Izaya put his forehead on yours and looked into your eyes. Only for this moment to get ruined by a hurt shizuo. " hey-Izaya!?! What the hell are- " " shizuo stop yelling and being mean to Izaya. " shizuos eyes widen he would have been talking to fast for you to understand " c-can you hear me?" You nodded. " yes and I never want to stop hearing.." You grabbed Izaya's hand and  walked out of the apartment building. " Y/n.. Let's go back to my place for some fun~" you giggled and nodded as he picked you up bridal style and started parkouring his way to his house.

After you two got there.. let's just say.,you might not be walking for a while..
